I had a super experience this morning at the Roxborough Acme. Sunday morning, Eagles jerseys everywhere, great music, helpful upbeat crew. Very welcoming. Thank you!

LOVE the employees who work there. Always very helpful. The manager, Steve, takes pride in his store and it shows.

Excellent customer service! A couple of day ago, I was confused by the self-checkout process. I know. The greatest part was that while the supervisor getting me the info I needed to feel safe, he never once gave off a "You idiot" vibe. I very much appreciated that.

First time I have come to this store. Store was clean first thing I was professional. Easy to find everything I was looking for and when I did need help the staff was very accommodating. Five stars all the way keep up the good work we'll come back again.

Hands down still my favorite neighborhood grocery store in Roxborough!!! And if you haven't tried their deli's fried or roasted chicken you are missing out!!!

Wonderful! Nicer, cleaner, & staff members helpful & respectful unlike shop rite!! The checker was a gentleman and packed my baby cake & piece of cake so it wouldn't slide & fall side ways. Workers at shop rite don't do take pride in their performance of work.

I've been going there since I was a kid.
The store is always clean with the freshes produce. I was up there yesterday to get some king crab legs and some other stuff and it is just a wonderful place and I appreciate everyone who working their hardest dealing with everything and everyone during this pandemic.

Lines are long which was not a big deal to me. But someone in management should be directing the customers to lines that are open. Long line was because 2 limes up front had no one in them because customers didn't know they were open.

Friendly staff at the Roxborough market. Was greeted by two employees stocking merchandise and a manager as soon as I arrived in the store. Rick in the seafood department educated me on different types of fish, helped with my selection, and instructed me on how to prepare both items. At checkout, I was assisted by Kay, who helped me download the Acme app. Staff was professional, helpful, and pleasant. I was impressed so I returned to the store after placing my groceries in the car just to get some of their names. Thanks you for a very nice experience on a busy Monday.

Literally the cleanest grocery store, if not the cleanest public bathroom I have ever seen. Their store is always well kept and the employees seem to always be smiling. Anytime I'm near this store, it's my only stop for groceries!!!

Always a good friendly neighborhood place to shop. The pharmacist was genuinely concerned when she saw the medication I was picking up for my wife. Since it was for pain, she asked if my wife had had a fall. She had. Closest thing to an old fashioned corner grocery store you can get with the convenience, selection, and prices of a supermarket.

I had an issue with a transaction here and the whole team worked very quickly to resolve it. I really like the selection, service, and cleanliness at this location. Dottie, if you're reading this, you are an absolute legend and I appreciate your help in tracking down a receipt!

Great place for flowers. Prices are high on everything else. I think there bakery is the best.

The Acome Market on Ridge Avenue is very clean and well stocked. You can always find what you're looking for.

Topnotch bakery; the Irish Soda bread we tried the week of St. Patrick's Day was the best we'd ever had (including specialty shops.)

This location also has the helpful service of a bygone era. We enjoy interacting with the employees.

I notice they always have amazing fresh guacamole, too.

This is where we do all of our grocery shopping. The prices seem reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful. But today, something happened that made me want to review.

I was looking for pumpkin seeds, I asked for help, and the associate told me where to look. He saw me later, and asked if I had any luck. I told him no, and he went on a STORE WIDE SEARCH, which lasted a good ten minutes, on his own (so I could continue shopping) and even enlisted another associate when he couldn't find it. Then they both delivered it to me.

Then, outside, I ripped a bag and broke our glass jar of pasta sauce on the pavement. My fiance went inside, and they gave him a new one for free, and sent someone out immediately to clean it up.

We have only one issue with the store. Most of the staff is great at their jobs. But there is one bagger, who SUCKS. Just plain bad at bagging. I think he is a cashier, too. Everyone else here is amazing. Thanks, acme!

Well sited grocery store, with especially caring staff, and excellent parking space. No discrimination or bad vibes, at all! Just a beautiful store that has EVERYTHING you could possibly need.
