I walked into the francesca's of Montgomeryville the other day and was not greeted by the white worker. Was it the color of my skin? The parting of my hair? The clothes I wore? I don't know and I may never know. As I browsed through the store, the worker then came to me with a Snoop Dog Cook Book and said the book would be great for me cause of the color of my skin. That worker's name was Ravi.

Coco provided an amazing shopping experience! Took care of me throughout the store and helped me find exactly what I needed!

Oh my goodness, I love Francesac's!!!! But the employees at this location at freaking amazing! I have honestly never felt so helped at a mall store!

I recently made two large purchases online since I work multiple jobs and have little time to go to the mall. I had to return some of the stuff unfortunately and when I walked into to return the associate instantly asked why i don’t come in and try things on instead. I apologized and said I was told by Francesca’s team that returning to the store was easiest way to do a return. She was super frustrated I didn’t have one of the two shipping slips and repeatedly explained I needed sku numbers for her to do this easier, but managed to still complete the return. I got chewed out for the duration of the return. I cannot believe that happened especially after Francesca’s themselves told me that was the best way to return. She was having a bad day clearly but this was a little over the top.

Drove all the way to the store just to find out they "don't do returns past 6:30", complete inconvenience
