Jonathan and Alyssa helped make a very difficult, confusing time so much easier. They anticipated our needs, promptly answered our questions and concerns, and ALWAYS responded timely and with compassion and understanding. I honestly don't know how my family would have navigated the loss of our Mother without their guidance and support. As a team, Johnathan and Alyssa saw to all our needs and went above and beyond. They not only cared for my Mom, they followed up with resources for the family that we could turn to, to help us in the grieving process. It has been weeks since my family's loss, and they are still checking in on us. We have not been forgotten, their compassion and care is genuine. How do I thank them for holding us up at such a difficult time. There just aren't enough words. I hope that when others face the loss of a loved one, that they get the tremendous support that we have. Forever grateful.

Minor Funeral was great at handling the service for my wife. Would highly recommend them. My family and I want to thank Johnathan and everyone at Minor Funeral home for their help and guidance through a difficult time for our family. Unfortunately, we have required their services twice in the last year. We are located out of state which made it difficult to navigate the the arrangement procedures but with their help and services we were able to say goodbye to our loved ones without worrying about things being taken care of. Jonathan and his team at Minor Funeral and Cremation Center handled the arrangements for my father who passed on July 4, 2023. They did a great job from assisting with obituary, music and military ceremony arrangement through the calling hours and funeral. Everything went very smoothly. They also contacted me a couple weeks after funeral to see how I was doing; really appreciate their compassion and professionalism.

Jonathan DaPonte is an exceptional man. He served our country as a combat vet, and went through his own trials. It was this experience that led him to be a Funeral Director. He wanted to make sure that he could bring Dignity in Death to people,and he does just that. He is excellent at helping families cope with their loss. He is excellent in the preparation of loved ones to be viewed. He is such an honorable man. He is a true friend of families, fellow veterans, and the communities he serves.
