Michelle A. was very helpful today in helping to browse the entire collection of clothes. The employees in the store don't just sell the product, but also wear it, and that can be seen in the advice they give on sizing/type of outerwear/etc. . They were really helpful in grabbing some mid/base layers today and gave me a couple of good insights that will likely turn into a future ski-jacket purchase with Helly Hansen. The employees are really what makes Helly Hansen's brick-and-mortar retail stand out against other outerwear brands. If I am ever back in Burlington, I would totally return to this store.

Taylor at the Burlington store was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction and I am so happy with my purchase. Got a coral colored rain jacket that is absolutely gorgeous and a comfortable pair of rubber muck boots that fit perfectly. Thanks Taylor for a great experience!

First time here and couldn’t have had a better experience! Taylor helped outfit our (picky) twin 12-year-olds in ski jackets and pants, using experience to help us find sizes that will work for more than one year. We’re definite HH fans from now on!

Such an amazing experience walking into the store and being greeted with a welcoming smile. Cate was an amazing employee. She helped me answer all my questions and walk out of the store having a better day than what I started with.

Adam and Will were amazing. Adam greeted us immediately and welcomed us into the store. He also made great recommendations that would suit us back home in San Diego. Will was very attentive and helped me decide between duffle bags. Will and Adam are the definition of customer service.

I spent 2 years on a dive boat in the Gulf of Alaska and Dixon Entrance plus working up and down the North Slope from Point Hope to Barrow for an additional year. If you look at what the old hands are wearing, and those in the know... It's Helly Hanson 90 percent of the time. Frankly, it's sad to see HH courting the fashion market. It will only lead to a trading off of functionality for image....

Didn't know by buying a coat you could get a one day ski pass to one of several ski resorts. I think the coat was cheaper than most day passes too.
