Roger and his team are amazing! We have used RG Electric on several occasions and are always more than pleased. Not only does Roger go above and beyond but his entire team does the same. One of the projects we had Roger work on was setting up for a wedding and adding electricity to an existing barn. We are so THANKFUL!

Highly suggest RC electric for ANYTHING electrical. Roger was absolutely great. Very knowledgeable and reliable. My home was hit by lightning during a July storm. Breakers going off left and right; it was a hot and humid night.I was so lucky to hear of Roger and his crew. They came up within twp days and replaced my entire electrical board. Just to ensure all was well they went from room to room turning on the appliances to make sure we were safe and taken care of. Roger has called to follow up and make sure all is well. I've found my electrician and if you are lucky yours. Amazing to me were the reasonable rates. The whole package!!

Great personality, great service, great price from a family run business. We had to reroute our power from the road to our property due to outdated setups. Roger and his crew were able to do get the job done (including a couple of extra small projects) in a day, without issue and for a fraction of the price quoted by others. They even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was fine. Highly recommend for any of your electrical needs.

Rog is a fantastic guy, who is always looking to help his customers. I have had a chance to work with him on a couple of occasions and he was very responsive, easy to work with, great with troubleshooting remotely, available to get onsite and much more. He is very caring and thoughtful in his approach. The type of guy I would want to have a beer with after a workday.

He helped me solve some basic electrical troubleshooting in my house. In addition, he helped diagnose a faulty controller to my boiler, which I was able to fix easily.

We had a breaker which was keeping tripping. After reading customer's review, I contacted Roger at RG Electric. Roger was very responsive and professional. He tried to provide a solution which minimized the cost but fixed the issue. He and his team were busy, but he still found the time helping address other small electrical works at the same time. Roger is honest and professional. He called me back within a few hours of my initial request. We had a breaker flip that was difficult to reset. Over the phone, he walked me through a few steps, got my breaker to reset, and told me what to watch out for in the future. There was no charge - he did not want to waste my time or money for a simple troubleshooting exercise. If/when we do any future electrical work, he definitely has our business. We really appreciated it!

On Saturday May 6, 2023 the electrical panel in my basement caught fire (real flames!). As a result all power to the house was lost. Not knowing any electricians, I Googled emergency electricians in Essex, VT. RG Electric came up and Roger responded within the hour. Roger and James were able to restore power to all vital areas, Fridge, freezer, computers, etc., within a short period of time. On Monday, 5/8 RG Electric returned and replaced the entire panel and all the circuit breakers. They also labeled the entire panel and checked each light and outlet. Roger not only restored the power and replaced the panel but he more importantly restored the comfort and safety one should feel in their home. All this for a price tag that did not come with sticker shock. Thank you Roger and crew for a job well done! Thanks also to Roger’s wife who gave up "her" day to allow RG Electric to show what the "Customer", in Customer Service, is all about. You have gained a customer for life!

Roger has been my” Go To Electrical Guy” for almost 20 years! From Commercial warehouse to installation of heated floors in bathroom. Roger makes things happen! Like i said, RG Electrical is my go to for all things electrical!

These guys accepted the order ,they showed up well before time, and performed the most professional job in a timely manner.

Roger and his crew do solid work, are very good at communicating and scheduling and can squeeze you in when you have a serious problem. Just moved into an old place and my pc nearly lit the house on fire with old outlets. They came out quick and changed all my outlets in a few visits. Came in at quote as well. Will be using them again for future work

They did amazing work and were very hard workers. Worked right through lunch, had to beg them to take a break! We are first time home owners and they made really helpful suggestions, like which fixtures are best or most popular and placement, etc. The bedroom lights made such a huge difference. Will def call them again next time!
