He went over and above to make sure I had something to sit on until closing after my furniture was quickly repurposed by family members, not collecting his furniture until the day before closing. Mark did a great job helping us find our home. Mark was knowledgeable, patient, punctual, and was able to give us a good idea of each neighborhood we looked into. He helped us find a good lender and worked with our loan officer to help us find a home within our budget. Overall, I don't think we could have asked for a better realtor than Mark! Catamount realty group as a whole was very professional and had everything we needed for a smooth closing on our new home.

Mark came into our lives at a very stressful time. He has a calm presence about him, is very knowledgeable, and walked me through the selling process. I had to move quickly and therefore was not in-state to coordinate cleaners, inspections, and the electrician after the inspection, he did all of that. He took care of a few other loose ends, and we were under contract within the first week of the listing going live and had a successful closing about 30 days later. We’d like to thank Mark for his expertise and market knowledge when we decided to list our house for sale. With his technical abilities to get our house sold quickly and at the same time deal with condo/townhouse properties that we were looking at to downsize to.
