Stemie's 1818 Tavern

We absolutely love this place, food is always delicious, staff is always friendly and the wife has about 100 different martinis to choose from. This restaurant has been around for years and has stood the test of time and there is definitely a reason for it.

I can’t remember a single time that we left disappointed and also somehow this place always sucks us into long, deep conversations with each other lol.. I’m not sure if it’s the atmosphere or the drinks but it keeps us coming back for sure!

Every time I come here it’s for their crab soup, but today I decided to try their chili! It was very good. Lots of big chunks of tomatoes and meat along with lots of black beans and some fried tortilla strips. Warmed me up on this cold winter day!

Always an excellent place to eat, drink and mingle with the locals. Beautiful Tavern setting with nice exposed wood and stone and a big bar. In the winter the walk in fireplace is lit and looks beautiful! We like sitting at the bar to eat and chatting with the friendly people who work there. They make one of the best margarita in town and have a good selection of beer on tap. Love the crab cakes and fried shrimp basket!

Stemie's is definitely a go to for my family for a quick bite, nice dinner or just drinks. I used to work here so it's always nice stopping in and seeing friends!

I went with a friend to this place. The atmosphere was great. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive. The food was also very good. I will keep this place in mind when I visit Easton again.

Superb experience. Hickory shrimp was an awesome starter. I had the stuffed haddock and my daughter had the crabcakes. Both were awesome. And our server Erica was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Great old time Irish pub atmosphere. BTW in particular they make an awesome lobster bisque complete with sherry base.

Birthday lunch huge success at this sleeper...don't be put off by the outside! It's not large but dominated by the bar and a fabulous walk in fireplace. The food and service was excellent. We enjoyed a their crab soup, salad with pears and a chicken cheese sandwich, with delicious housemade fries! Oh, and carrot cake with cream cheese frosting...everything was yummy.

Got takeout from the 1818 Tavern. I forgot how beautiful this venue is. I had the filet mignon sandwich and it was excellent! My wife enjoyed her salad fresh greens and a homemade salad dressing. Our next visit will be a sit down meal 🍸

Just moved to Palmer Pa from New Jersey and must say the people that came to this establishment very nice it’s like cheers where everyone knows everyone and the bartender and servers very very nice and food was excellent as well 2nd time there and many more! Thank you!

Only had appetizers and drinks, but both were great! The bruschetta was amazing and the caramel apple martini was strong and delicious! Parking will be tight, but definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic place. Food was great and the interior is a part of history. Had nachos grande and chicken fingers for appetizers. Topped it off with an English burger and my son had chicken wings. Great tavern food with the perfect atmosphere.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Great food, awesome drinks, and the best service. Sure it's a little pricey, but well worth it. Doug and his family do a fabulous job, keep it up. I live in Texas now but can't wait to come back and visit.

This is a great local restaurant with an extensive martini list and a large menu. I'd definitely recommend the clams as an appetizer!

Great friendly service,great food. Awesome Sherry Crab bisque. Best burgers in the area. Excellent pub, Guinness on tap AND poured correctly. Wife is big fan of their 70+ Martinis.

It was delicious food and awesome service. Only downside is your close proximity to the bar while eating.

If you like a menu with a large selection of great food, give them a try. They have a martini club as well.
