I was a sales associate at this store for a few months and loved it! My manager (Rich) knew that this would be my first job and taught me everything I would need to know to assist the customers. If I ever needed help he was always there. Him and my other coworkers would always make sure my ride was there to pick me up once my shift was over since I did not drive. Working at Spencer's was an amazing experience thanks to my manager and coworkers.

I like this Spencer's as a place to get cool T-shirts. It's always more put together than the one in the Lehigh Valley Mall making it easier to navigate and find what you want. I'm also fond of this store as my daughter has worked there for a while. It was her first job as a young adult and it has been a fantastic experience. The manager, Rich, has made a path of professional development for her that has put her in a supervisory role. I'd say it's been a really good experience. More importantly, my dealings with Rich have always led me to believe that he is a decent person.

Easily my favorite store I've ever worked in, although it had its days like any other place, my coworkers and my manager, Rich, always made every day fun and exciting. We always found humor in the bad days and put smiles on our customers faces more often than any other retail store I've been in. I wouldn't trade the 3 1/3 years of work in this store for the world. Rich was ALWAYS available to aid in advice and tricky situations. I learned how to be the sales woman than I am today because of him, and without those years of working at Spencer's I wouldn't be the woman I am today. Thank you, Rich!!!

Rich is the best manager I've ever had do deal with when it comes to retail. Always there to help you out when looking for something specific. Never rude or inappropriate with anyone. Even though this location is 20 miles from where I live and there is another one closer, I will always go out of my way to go to palmer location.

Love this store!! My most recent visit was to obtain adult sweary coloring books & they did NOT disappoint! They had a pretty decent selection. Employees are always super nice & never try to push extra sales on me in an uncomfortable way.

A FUN Store just to walk around in.

Needed to have a security tag removed from an item that was purchased at a different location. They did it for me. Very nice staff!!! Will most definitely will shop there again.

managers and associates are very helpful, and they provide the perfect dose of being both funky and fun. a great place to visit and shop.

Staff is always fun & friendly, and the store is always having some kind of special deal. Worth the stop, and probably one of the best kept stores in the mall.

This is the best store in most malls, I hope they don't go anywhere anytime soon.
