My kids have been attending Kimber for the last 3 years and we love it! This is an Academy that supports a parent led education. Parents remain the educators and responsible for their children's education. Kimber helps provide the extras that parents cannot do at home. They offer Kimber Towne (a student led entrepreneurial market), wonderful Spirit and Service Days, dance and singing opportunities in the community along with fun and educational extracurricular classes. This is all done in a safe and wholesome environment that focuses on Family, God and Country.

The curriculum seeks to instill a love of learning along with 5 very important intrinsic values:
1) Learning how to apply scripture to everyday life with Religious Studies
2) Learning how to lose oneself in academic service with Language Arts
3) Learning how to think and self-govern using correct principles of Math
4) Learning how to search the scriptures with Science
5) Learning how to ponder in the heart God's relationship to mankind by studying History.

Kimber classes are not like regular school classes where students are spoon fed and pushed through a system. Principles are taught and students are expected to use the principles and govern their own learning. They are taught in a way most likely to produce active learners and thinkers.

Kimber is not an Academy for everyone. It is only for those willing to think outside the traditional school setting and willing to take responsibility for their own learning. That responsibility begins first with the parents and then passed completely to the student as they become a lifelong learner.

I wish there was a Kimber Academy in every county. So impressed with this school and its wholesome practices. Kimber offers a strong vision of education centered on teaching children foundational American values and merit. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Extremely positive environment. I love the focus is not just ensuring good principled material but also the entire educational approach is different than even most private schools where it encourages students at various ages and levels to help each other while also challenging for their own continued growth.

I am so grateful to have a place for my children to learn about the world our Heavenly Father created for us. I love that I am able to be involved with my children on a whole new level while having a strong community to help my children learn how to serve others with the skills they are learning each day. I also enjoy all of the wonderful parents and children that we are able to associate with daily.

I had always wanted to be able to find a school that taught children in the same way BYU and BYU-Idaho taught there students. A place that taught moral principles and the importance of our great country. The curriculum in this school is amazing. Your children will not only leave school everyday citing something new learned but they will cite as if they have known it forever. I am a elementary education student shy from becoming a teacher and have noticed that this school knows what it’s all about. If you want your children learning about, teamwork, friendship, laws of the land, respect, honor, and loving our fellowman. This is the place to have them enrolled. My little girl is only 6 months and has her place reserved. as soon as she’s of age, this is where she’ll be going.

A great academic environment teaching core principles and values based on patriotism and The Constitution, faith and God, founding fathers, and all that public schools shy away from in their watered down and convoluted curriculum. No more crowded classrooms.

I am flabbergasted that this place is still in business. I just saw the sign at the current location and was shocked! I'm guessing the only way they're surviving is by preying on parents who buy into the rhetoric that "the Spirit will help your children learn so much faster." My parents enrolled me here in Jr. High and it was such an awkward and unproductive experience. Zero structure, zero evidence that it works at all. Fortunately, my parents listened to us kids when we expressed how absurd it was at this "school" and they put us back in public school. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. Use that tuition money for literally anything else.

This school set me and my entire class up for failure. Not a single student in my class graduated. During my time here we were moved to three different locations, always located in office/business locations and not a nurturing school environment. These frequent moves were confusing and traumatic as an adolescent. Core curriculum wasn't taught and was largely only LDS doctrine. Because of this school I ended up being years behind others my age in basic classes such as math, science, history, etc.

I have asked them to stop spam emailing me multiple times and it never stops. I would not give this business your personal info
Big regret.
