Nathan C. (Pest Control Route Manager) was amazing! Really appreciated all his knowledge, the information he provided and the personal service. He worked hard to help me and my family know what we needed and how he can help while staying within our service terms. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all. Highly recommend.

I called Orkin yesterday and explained my concern about a rodent in my wall. They were able to get someone out today (the next day). The person on the phone was efficient, helpful, and friendly.

Today the tech, Paul, was on-time, very friendly, and explained what he was doing.

I also thought the pricing was reasonable, especially considering they came out immediately and guarantee their services.

The experience with Orkin has been great. There technician is the very best at what he does. And always willing to work with you.

The Orkin tech was exceptional.

He very quickly identified the exact location of the nest of the hornets that were investing our home, came up with a plan of attack, executed on the plan, and we started seeing hornets dying immediately. These were not honeybees or anything you’d want to preserve, and he treated them appropriately

Mr. Souza stayed around long enough to make sure that the spray that over sprayed or landed anywhere other than on hornets was cleaned up, which was very helpful. We were advised what t o do if the treatment was not effective long term.

Exactly what one would want in this situation.

Jonah is always the best. He takes time to explain the details of each service, asks questions and is genuinely concerned with keeping satisfied customers.

I had Paul for the first time today and I really was impressed with him. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I hope he comes again.

Matt came at the time he said he would. He observed the Wasp activity for a couple minutes then treated the area. Almost immediately we could see a collection of dead & dying wasps as they were attempting to return to the nest. Matt was polite, concerned for our safety ( my tenant is allergic) and wasps entering porch floor near her doorway. He gave me his business card and said he was a phone call away and could return if needed. Awesome turn around time, from time of my call to time of treatment was about 48 hours. Thank you!

4/15/23 Matt came and did a preventative tx for wasps. He is prompt, courteous and efficient. He also checked for pests/rodents. Thankfully NONE found. Thank you! I highly recommend Orkin. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

12/11/23 Corey from Orkin came for scheduled rodent prevention. He arrived on time, is neat & clean and friendly. He thoroughly checked my basement & attic for rodents. ( We recently had a former neighbor leave garbage when moved out and several of us have seen lots of mice outside.) Corey placed some glue board traps as preventative measures. No mice or signs of any seen. Today I checked the areas and nothing. I just feel better knowing I have had everything done I can. Thank you so much Corey! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service!

Always had a great review of my house on where to stop pests, best treatments, even will do their best to find out if they don't know. The job is not done till all areas are taken care of. Also decent pricing over some local guys.

Paul was epic to work with! He was both professional and also a good human! His knowledge about pets (birds and otherwise) was amazing! He has got your back!
Price was what it was, but I paid for a year in advance and you can get a slight discount by doing so!

Really nice guy, initial service rep was also exceptional. Pricey for first spray but not too bad for additional costs. And will come back for free if any bugs creep in prior to the next spray. Was quick and super friendly and informative.

I am terrified of mice, absolutely terrified. So two nights ago I had a mouse which I actually trapped in the dogs food put a cookie sheet over the bowl and tossed it outside. The next night another mouse showed up I couldn’t catch that one … my dogs I think scared it back outside., But I knew I needed help. I called Orkin not only was my technician incredibly kind, nice empathetic, but it just say it was above and beyond the call of duty! He was fantastic!!!! After fully putting traps, mesh and bait traps outside. After doing everything he needed to do bait traps outside so forth was in his truck about to leave, but still filling out paperwork and lo and behold. Oh yes, that darn mouse was back in the house. I saw it. My dogs went nuts. I ran outside to say it came back and Josiah came back I. The house. Admits me tears and fears… We saw it. Thanks to Josiah, the mouse mouse got stuck in one of the new glue traps that he had just put down! It was the same mouse for sure as we saw

Paul walked us through his steps as he calculated what was the critter in the walls, where they were and what was the response in ending their invasion. He was great and professional.

Paul was outstanding- knowledgeable, informative, and thorough!
Communication with the office before his visit was terrible . They missed the first scheduled visit and did not notify us or return phone calls.

Leigh was very thorough in a bedbug inspection. He took time to answer my numerous questions.

We’re always greeted in a friendly and professional manner by our Orkin Service Technician. He performs a thorough inspection of our home from top the bottom. Depending on the Season, he’s well versed on the appropriate application to deter any creepy or tiny four legged visitor. His demeanor is always pleasant. I’ve come to rely on Orkin for all my pesky creepy crawler needs!

Since I started using Orkin about 16 months ago there HAVE been times when I was totally unhappy with the technician who serviced my home and was considering canceling my service. Thank goodness for Cody Atkins! I want someone who CARES and is THOROUGH ... Cody fits the bill!

I was very happy with my Orkin tech, Courtney. She was very thorough and took the time to explain what she was doing. This is my second contract with Orkin and they did not disappoint. Courtney was on time and did a great job.
