Grigg Street offers some of the best pizza you’ll ever try! We got the pepperoni pie. This was my first time trying hot honey on pizza. It was delicious! The staff here is also extremely welcoming and friendly. A must try for any pizza fanatic

This is a must try place. We are from long Island and were driving back from upstate NY after a long day. Recently saw this place on food network. Their pizza is amazing. The crust was fresh and prefect. Crisp, but not floppy and perfect air pockets. Sauce and toppings top notch as well! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and even made some special accommodations for me cause I wanted a few toppings but the pizza was primarily for my kids. The kids who are normally picky know good pizza and they loved every last bite and wanted more! This place can compete with any of the best Brooklyn outfits!

Everything about this place was great and the free beer Friday was a welcomed surprise. The sandos were a well thought out mix of quality ingredients on fresh house made bread. Try the Italian or maybe add chicken cutlet to the veggie one, both were bomb and huge! The slice of za is the perfect appetizer, definitely don’t leave without trying it. I definitely enjoyed my visit.

My favorite slice I’ve had all year! Absolutely amazing dough, crispiness and flavor. Highly recommend. I’ve known Matt most of my life, and super happy for him in this new venture. Pizza is unreal. I will be back here every single time I visit my family in Greenwich. Congrats bro! #cruiseout

I first went to Greg Street pizza because my son told me he saw it on Bristol Pizza, and after my first visit, I then heard it was on diners, drive-ins, and dives! From my first sample slice I have loved this pizza! They ask you if you want the Parmesan and oregano which is their standard and of course I said yes! I have had plain, mushroom, bacon, hot honey, and pepperoni, and they are all amazing, but I found I like any of them the best when I reheat them in my toaster oven which makes all edges crunchy and even more delicious!! Eating inside is a rare opportunity because this place is always busy no matter what, I ordered four pies two days in advance to make sure that I could get what I needed because they get so busy. Sometimes they stop taking orders for same day. Something unusual is that you can stop in and grab a slice of whatever they have in the pizza case, which most pizzerias do not offer nowadays. Definitely a must try, but unless you’re getting just a slicer too order ahead of time and don’t plan on eating inside.
Enclosing something should be said about their decor inside their small eating area. It is decorated with some amazing posters and prints from their journeys to some of what I am sure were amazing concerts of the Grateful Dead and Dead based bands. Do not miss the opportunity to experience Grigg Street Pizza!!!

This is one place you need to come to eat a tender ribeye steak, special house made melted gooey provolone, mozzarella mixed with american cheese , juicy caramelized onions hugged by a toasted garlic butter on a homemade hoagie roll. This is the classic way to make a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich !! Its danced in my mouth.... you will love your decision.

Treated myself to a slice of their home-ground fennel sausage pie and their cheesesteak. My cardiologist loves me. 🙃 Both were excellent.

Sourdough pie crust and sandwich loaves made in-house are all phenomenal - and FILLING. You can’t eat as much sourdough as you’d normally do with regular bread. The crust holds up extremely well and the sandwich bread does an amazing job carrying all that sliced steak, peppers and melted cheese.

Highly recommend splitting the cheesesteak with another person as it’s a lot. Also don’t forget to enjoy a free cold beer in the cooler by the door.

Traveling up the East Coast and stopped in town for lunch. Saw the 4.8 Google review and decided we needed to check it out.

5 Stars all the way. Pizza was outstanding. A great variety of pizzas by the slice. With a family of 5 we all grabbed what we wanted. Sodas and beer by the can.

I love pizza...definitely one of my favorite foods. And Grigg Street? Probably the best I've ever had. Well done.

Sour dough based pizza dough made with TLC. I have been here two times now. Both times i was amazed by the quality of the crust. It’s crunchy but with a soft bite and full a flavor from the one most important ingredient: time! Definitely get your pizza here and take your time enjoy. The staff is great, helpful and friendly. Even when people are lining up behind you, they will still help you to get what you want! Worth a detour.

The atmosphere in here is amazing. Employees all seem happy to be there and are SO friendly! Coming from the west coast, we weren’t sure what to expect, as back home we don’t typically see a lot of friendliness towards out of towners which is a huge bummer. These guys welcomed us right in and made us feel at home. Great relationships with the locals too, I always love that about a food place. Not to mention the pizza is so delicious! Highly recommend Grigg Street Pizza to anyone and everyone! You guys made our night, thank you!

Great pizza , maybe one of the best in the Greenwich / Stamford area. The Philly cheese is out of this world and the chicken parm is amazing . Great quality ingredients, great staff and owner are very helpful. A must when you come to town . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing pizza and philly cheese steak too!! I came from New Haven to try after hearing so many good things and watching Dave's video. It was the best philly cheese steak I ever had and one of the top pizzas I ever had for sure. They use high quality and fresh ingredients. Really nice, friendly, and efficient staff. I'll be back for sure.

Had to make a run here after I saw Portnoy reviews of Pizza 8.2 then Philly cheese steak 9.2 ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS cheese steak sandwich it was definitely worth the trip from Milford CT!! Friendly and efficient service and great atmosphere! Make the trip from Wherever cuz that Philly cheese steak is EPIC!!!!

I'm from the complete opposite side of the country, and this place welcomed me and my party like we lived down the street. Amazing people, fantastic food, overall the best pizza experience I've had. Take your date here, a friend, or anything in between. 11/10

Literally just walked out and had to write a review - that’s how good the food is. They shredded fresh cheese and oregano on top of the pizza which made it taste even more incredible. From the olive oil to the meat in the sandwiches, the quality of the ingredients was evident in the taste. The freshly made bread was the cherry on top!

1 word WOW! I’ve eaten plenty of pizza but this is on the top of the list. Came here after seeing the one bite pizza review and I have to say they underestimated the score. This pizza was an easy 10 in my book. Super thin and crispy and won’t have you feeling bad after. I also had the Phillycheese steak and it’s just out of the charts on the scale. The owner is so friendly and nice. Really great hospitality. *free beer on Saturdays

Excellent staff and excellent pizza. The hot honey on a white with spinach and garlic was the move. Cheesesteak was pretty good, not a Philly replacement but their homemade bread was surprisingly fluffy. Worth a stop for sure

Not usually a guy that gives reviews. But I gotta write something for these guys. They are so friendly and fun. The pizza is incredible. The ambiance is Quant and cozy. The salads and sandwiches are also Delicious! I personally prefer the Cheese Pizza with a Caesar salad and sprinkle the salad atop the pizza. Friggin amazing. But the icing on the cake, or pizza in this case, is the service. They are outgoing and friendly in the east coast vibe. They make jokes and have a good camaraderie with each other. Seem like a unit. Anyways, STOP BY AND TRY IT. You will not regret it.

Diners, Drive ins, and Dives introduced me to Grigg Street pizza. My first bite made me fall in love with the crust, the sauce, and cheese portions. I love that extra touch of putting on the pecorino cheese upon serving. Love the thin crust and Thursday night special. Looking to try their sandwiches soon.

I almost gave up finding good pizza in the area and this was amazing. I just wish they would offer full size pizza in smaller sizes but otherwise really good. Free beer
