I was attempting to help my brother take care of a delinquency notice on his property taxes. They told me how to file for an "indigent settlement" which would forgive most if not all the cost for the taxes. I couldn't be more pleased with how helpful they were. And I had to call more than once.

It is the government center

The employee I talked to in regards to a business property tax account told me that email was an inefficient means of communication and that they could only communicate via snail mail. Better yet, let me get my telegraph machine out and we can just morse code messages to each other.

Dear County Treasurer, please join us in the 21st century post haste.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I'm just a veteran trying to get tax relief this year on my property and was just hung up on. You guys didn't give me the proper details and wasted my time then couldn't answer basic questions. Thanks for serving Veterans! Your office needs an overall!

I agree with some of the reviews that I have seen here. The employee that answers the phone is very rude. That person does not have manners or doesn’t seem to care about her job. I would recommend to a training on customer service for her or find another person to answer questions. If I could I would not give any stars.

This office has some of the rudest employees in all of state or county government. It's time for a change!
