Green Mountain Suites Hotel

This was one of the nicest hotels i have been so far. Granted, you have to like the mountain cabin style. But the room was great, the breakfast really deserved the name (eggs, sausages, potatoes, bacon, bagels - not just cream cheese).
The place has a full gym and even a pool and a hot tub. Only thing was, it was on the outskirts on the way to the airport. But this can be a bonus as well.

Just spent the weekend with my husband and two kids, the staff we always smiling and very friendly and welcoming.
The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds.
My daughter enjoyed her evening swim in the pool and breakfast had plenty of choices and definitely a bonus of staying here. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to friends.

I lived here for a month while buying a house. I had 3 cavalier dogs and my daughter. The staff and owners were amazing and they made special accommodations for us. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you have pets or need to stay here for an extended period of time. It is so clean and comfortable. We loved the beds, the kitchen, the water pressure in the showers, the tvs, we had our own bathrooms and bedrooms. The front desk staff was so helpful when I had to have packages delivered. Chris and Jenn, the owners, were absolutely amazing!!! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely have my family stay there in the future. Thank you for everything!!!!

The rooms are nice and large and the staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is pet friendly too and we saw several dogs onsite. The pool is smaller, but our kids enjoyed it. The hotel location is not really walkable to much, but it's quiet which we appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

What a AMAZING stay at Green Mountain! We stayed here for our couple day vacation to the Burlington area & are SO happy we chose this hotel for our trip!

Great staff! Beautiful hotel! We loved their holiday decor & beautiful lobby that had fireplaces lit 24/7 to add to the cozy vibe!

The room:
The suites here are MASSIVE! its basically a apartment all to yourself! We loved that it came with a fully stocked kitchen with a dining table, full size fridge, dish washer, sink, and all the supplies like utensils, plates, cups etc! The living room area was also large with a fireplace next to the couch/TV! The bathroom was beautiful, clean & roomy! We had the king bed which was in the beautiful bedroom with double closing doors.

Things to note:
- location: the hotel isn’t in “downtown” Burlington per say but was a easy & quick 6 minute drive to the downtown were all the shops/places to eat was! So super easy location!
- hot tub/pool: they have a beautiful large pool area with a hot tub! The hot tub was clean & super hot & relaxing for a VT winter. We loved using it!
- breakfast: free breakfast included each day with tables around the fireplace to enjoy! Coffee/hot tea station was a great hit for us!
- cleanliness: every part of the hotel was spotless clean. The lobby, the pool area, the rooms! Super impressed!
- located right next to the hotel is some places for travelers that may find handy such as a target, gas station and grocery store!
- the hotel seemed to be busy with guests (as the parking lot showed with being full) but at no point did it seem that way. Every time in the lobby or pool area everything was super quiet & relaxing.

We are SO happy we chose to stay here! No issues, no complaints!

We will definitely be staying at this hotel again in the future! All of the staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. They have a few suites with ovens as part of the kitchenette but you have to request to be put into one of those rooms, unfortunately I discovered that bit of information after my stay (This is on me, they have this noted on the website). The breakfast was simple but good, offering a little something for everyone. They have coffee out all day with sugar packets and half and half available. My only complaint is that they did not have any creamer except for the powdered creamer that comes in the coffee packets for the room. Target and a grocery store are right up the road so I just stopped in there to get some creamer for the week. The Kitchenette had everything that we needed for cooking and it even has a dishwasher with pods supplied for easy clean up. The only thing I noticed that was "wrong" with the room was that we only found one remote, this wasn't an issue for us as we didn't use the TV's so I am not sure if the remote works for both TVs in the suite or if one was truly missing.

Our family came for a sports tournament and we loved it. Staff is laid back but super helpful and kind, sound does NOT travel and our room was super quiet even with a lot of people in the hotel. The pool is great and the lobby space is fantastic. Great place to hang out!

Great place to stay in Burlington. Spacious suite with functional kitchenette. Convenient location to downtown and easy to travel out to explore Vermont.

Experience was great. However a Manager was berating the breakfast employees out of his own ignorance, on Monday morning 2/26, as he helped himself to breakfast. Manager tried to lecture an employee about a how a specific Frittata should be called a western. The manager himself had no idea what a western omelette had in it, stated the ingredients incorrectly, confidently, and refused to let the employee speak. What a piece of work. I'd rate the manager a 2/10 on a respectable human being scale.

Perfect for a morning flying out Vermont because the Airport is close. Great rooms with a kitchen. Very clean and a breakfast bar for guest. Very professional staff

We thoroughly are enjoying our stay. This is our first trip to visit our freshman UVM Grandson. The hotel is clean and welcoming, staff very friendly, pool accessible and a 24 hr convenience mart. Our room is well equipped with dishes, cookware, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher, microwave and full fridge. Sadly I am not planning on cooking, lol. The suite was great to accommodate a visit with our grandson and watch some TV. We will definitely return!

The service is outstanding and the pictures are accurate. This hotel is also pet friendly if you like bringing your furry friend. The rooms are decorated in earth tone colors with cozy blankets on the end of the bed. A quiet, comfortable place to stay.

We recently vacationed in Vermont and we could not have been more pleased with our stay. My husband just happened to find this hotel while searching online and it is a gem of a hidden treasure. It's located off of a busier section of South Burlington, but you would never know because it is tucked away in a quaint section with lots of trees and was just so peaceful and quiet. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite with a king bed (which was luxuriously comfortable!). It was so nice to have a small kitchenette which was stocked with dishes and pots to cook with, as well as glasses and detergent for the dishwasher. The entire hotel was so clean and beautiful inside. There was a happy hour with free wine and beer 3 nights a week as well as a FREE huge breakfast every day which was delicious (apple pancakes, bacon, oatmeal, etc.). Free coffee was always also available 24-7. The staff were also so nice and accommodated 2 requested in a matter of minutes. If we go back to Vermont, this is definitely where we will stay!

Was so impressed with this amazing hotel and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Everything down to the cleanliness of rooms, friendliness of helpful staff, great food, pool and exercise room and close to everywhere I needed to be in town. My favorite part was the layout of the suites and how well appointed they are. Felt like being in my own upscale apartment, but with help from the front desk and staff whenever needed. Really great place and highly recommend it whether you're there for business or vacation, a few days or longer stays. 10/10!

We greatly enjoyed our stay this past weekend that was unfortunately cut short due to weather. The staff was incredibly accommodating and understanding. The hotel is very clean, the pool is great and we enjoyed delicious complimentary breakfast and happy hour. Our two year old twins enjoyed the pool. Conveniently located for all we wanted to explore. Can't wait to return!

All was just perfect. Large, nice, clean comfortable room. Rich breakfast. Cozy lobby with fireplace. Helpful and friendly staff. Overall a great experience.

We stayed here twice in the last two weeks and both times it was great. The service is excellent, the rooms and lobby are super cozy, everyone is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Also the breakfast has a lot of different options and it changes everyday. This was a great stay and I’ll definitely be visiting again.

Great hotel , friendly staff, clean, comfortable and excellent service. Only suggestion would be that the excellent breakfast would be warmer.

Our favorite hotel in town!!!! This is our second time staying here and next time we are also planning on staying here. The staff is very nice and helpful ALWAYS, thank you for that! The rooms are clean and well kept, small kitchen is equipped with enough stuff to be able to fully use it. Any time we needed something, a phone call to the front desk, and in a short period we had somebody from the staff knocking on the door with the things we asked for. We stayed with kids, and they enjoyed the pool and the tea downstairs that is available 24/7. The breakfast is good too, we haven’t had good breakfasts in the past couple of years in none of the hotels we stayed, and here we were pleasantly surprised.
Overall, it was a great experience, as always, and we will be back for sure!!!!

The hotel was in a great location. We were traveling all over Vermont, visiting family and general sightseeing. We were looking for a more upscale hotel that wasn't going to break our budget. The staff was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The room was super clean, there was plenty of room, and the little kitchenette/living room space provided plenty of dishes. Having a full-size fridge was so nice to keep leftover foods and drinks in.
