Pretty good bubble tea place with tapioca pearls! I got the Pearl Milk Tea. Pears were a little softer than I would prefer but overall pretty good. Wanted to get another one to go. The place also has these cute tables against the glass and high chairs. So you can drink your boba while looking and people in the mall passing by. It's pretty neat.

The drinks are always yummy. I usually order a milk tea or jasmine milk tea. I also like the 3q it has tapioca, jelly and pudding in it. I love the pudding drinks. They're a bit pricey if you're just ordering tea. If you're doing add ins it's fair imo.
