DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

I came to DSW today in a pinch to buy shoes for a wedding. At checkout, I had a coupon code that I didn’t realize was online-only. Nate took the time to help me find a different coupon code on the app, which ended up saving me more than the initial coupon I brought to him. He was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and respectful. DSW, hold onto Nate and anyone like him! Thanks Nate!

Such a great selection of all shoes from kids to beautiful high heels! Great discounts especially if you're a first timer. A+

Great selection, however I couldn't find anything in wide size. Still found a few pairs that work for me in stretchy fabric and some with Velcro, adjustable straps. Not really my favorite styles, but I needed shoes for work.

I was in around noon on 05/28 and was assisted by an employee, I believe her name was Laura. She was friendly and very helpful in finding the shoes I was looking for. Thank you!

Love this place! For pricing range, designer and popular brands, and the wide variety of styles, it is hard to beat! The shoes are of good quality, and the sales associates are friendly and helpful. They honor coupons even with online orders if, for example, they don't have the size, or color....even a certain style they feature online. Unfortunately, everytime a coupon featuring a "freebie," such as a tote, or umbrella is available, the free item has always been unavailable-"we're out"- due to what? I don't know...too many people for too few items?!

They're so awesome my Mom n I went in n we found amazing prices on beautiful dress shoes,and mine unfortunately didn't quite fit right, so right on Valentines Day they actually had me try on every size and different colors of these gorgeous diamond studded heels 👠 but only thing was York DSW had the color n size, so the Lancaster store called over n had them hold my shoes...my Hubby drove me over n I think it was just something w the design n manufacturing process because it just didn't fit or diamonds were missing ...anyway York store employees were great as well n I ended up buying 2 heeled boots for even exchange so I was very surprised n happy 😊

DSW has always empress me with their large selection of shoes for the entire family. I have been to numerous locations throughout the country and have never been disappointed. Always great finds with reasonable prices. Good staff members willing to assist with finding exactly what you need.

Store layout is wide open and welcoming. The staff were nice. They helped me figure out an issue with my account and coupon codes. Clearance section had great shoes on sale.

The cashiers were super nice and helped me split my transactions to use all of my coupons! Everything was clean and organized and very easy to shop as well!

Nice selection and variety of shoes! Cute accessories- bags, jewelry, hats, etc. They have become my shoe store! Online can be helpful but in store is Better, it's good is feel what you're buying.

Super shoes with good prices.If you want quality , think rich and get one pair shoe for long time .Do not buy 3 every month 😛😻

Always have a great selection and friendly staff who is willing to answer all of my questions and be super friendly with my 6 year old while I was trying on and checking out! Plus always have coupons!

The Angels Sing when you walk in bc their is an abundance of selection. I love the clearance racks. You can find some incredible deals.
