Fantastic! We came in as a party of 7 at about 3pm. Kind of an odd time for a meal. But everything we ordered came out hot, fresh, and quickly. The flavors were so so great! Ellie was so kind and friendly, very attentive and pleasant. What you see in the picture was the Bulgogi Buns. Marinated rib eye beef and sliced vegetables, and cilantro. Just awesome. We had a great time and will definitely be back soon!

I’ve never had thai cuisine, and I was very delighted to have this bowl. It was so delicious, and there’s a variety of spicy levels which is awesome! Servers are very nice and the overall atmosphere is very tranquil. Had a great time and would totally go again.

Extremely tasty food bursting with flavor!! I will absolutely go back again to try more dishes. The egg fried rice had a sweet and salty taste, and the Thai soups were customizable. We dined in and the single waitress did very well managing her time. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. Very enjoyable!

This is one of those places that I would have never stopped and let somebody actually told me to. Outside it looks like just one of the regular rundown buildings in York City. However, once you enter, it still is rundown, however, the staff was very nice and the food was delicious. I definitely recommend people coming here to try this out as the fair is Asian, but again the food is absolutely delicious. Prices do seem a little bit higher that was how good the food is I can understand.

One of the best Thai restaurants in the York-Lancaster area. Diverse menu with many choices, reasonable prices, and superb service. The place might be busy and a bit noisy.

Awesome Thai restaurant! Everything was so fresh and flavorful. Highlights for me were the panang salmon curry, calamari, pumpkin empanadas, and bulgogi buns. Staff were very friendly too.

Great fusion restaurant with many Vegan and Gluten Free options. Definitely the best calamari and panang curry I've tasted in York! Small and quaint, great for parties of 4 or less - larger groups should opt for takeout.

Love this place in my hometown… I hope it never goes out of business. I visit every time I come home … pumpkin empanadas… tofu paradise… everything… extremely vegan friendly in an area with few vegan options.

You will not be disappointed. Food is delicious and ALWAYS consistent. Best egg fried rice I’ve ever had. Pork is always tender and flavorful. I can’t get enough of this place.Being a chef I am truly inspired to learn this food. Thank you World Grills.

Chicken Panamg curry is my favorite meal around but you can’t go wrong with anything. I love this place and Owners are so nice!

7 of us (4 adults and 3 children) went here for lunch today. The drinks were so good(the Thai tea with milk is delicious), and the food was amazing. They have a wide variety of Thai food (including vegan and vegetarian food) and we order several appetizers and entrees. Not one complaint- even from my kids! The server was very attentive and sweet. I only wish we didn’t live 2 hours away so we could come more often.

This is my first time at World Grills. I ordered the Panang Salmon and it was wonderful. Simple and beautifully presented. It was a flavor sensation. For an appetizer, I ordered the Pumpkin Empanadas, which were an exciting opener to the meal to come. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Absolutely fantastic! Large menu, good portions, with friendly, prompt service. The chicken is the best I've ever tasted, and the steak was great too.

i was visiting from out of town looking for vegan food. some of the menu items were ones i've never seen before but sounded delicious. we shared the pumpkin empanadas, the fried taro roll/bites, vegan fried rice, and panang curry. EVERYTHING was wonderful, spiced well, flavorful, good quality. portion sizes were perfect for sharing. also, the coconut milk thai tea was perfectly sweet. must try for vegan food.

They have numerous vegan options (vegan rolls, dumplings, fried tofu, vegan fried rice), which are very tasty! The fried tofu had a nice texture, the sauces were good, the rolls were delicious, and overall I have no complaints. What I ate was ordered online, too, and there was no trouble with the delivery process either. I'm excited to have leftovers to eat :)

Ellie is the sweetest thing & the veggie tofu green curry is amazing. Never disappointed.

Food was great. Seemed like there was only two people working when we went. One up front and one cooking. There were six of us, and we were there about two hours. Overall great if you don't mind the wait!

OMG! We are not from this area, however we were driven by through and decided to stop here for lunch. It’s small, but the food, prices, and portions are ridiculous. This will be our stop if we are in this area again.
