Hub and Spoke

Went for brunch and had a very good meal. The lemon berry pancakes had excellent texture and were very fluffy. The poutine was amazing with the southern gravy and eggs, absolutely delicious. I added the homemade English muffin to the breakfast burger to complete the meal. The large cinnamon bun is a must try.

The restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly, and the food is soooooooo good. I tried a few things. The Baja fish tacos were okay. The smoked wings(both flavors), were the best smoked wings I've ever had!!!! The shrimp po boy was realllllllly good. The maple glazed salmon was also good. We also tried the chicken and waffles. The waffle so nice and fluffy. Omg! I forgot to take a pic of it before. The only pic i have is the empty plate AFTER,lol. Francisco was my server. He was very helpful, nice, professional, and attentive. This restaurant is truly a gem!

We made a great choice when we stopped in at Hub & Spoke!!! They do very well with masks & plexiglass shields. This large space has a beautiful bar area. We were the only patrons here 4:30 Sunday afternoon.

We ordered the clam chowder & Hatch Chili Chicken Sliders for starters which are a delicious treat!!! This seasonal heat ends late December.

Main entrees included Chicken & Waffles and Shrimp 🍤 & Cheesy Grits w/ Homemade Andouille sausage. Both were awesome and instant favorites!

The menu is fairly long and changes frequently so it seems many more meals here will be required 😃😋 for maximum deliciousness ❤👍🏾😎. Super nice place with superb food! We’ll be back!!!

Such a cute restaurant! Very opened space and very clean!
Food was amazing and don’t even get me started in the unlimited mimosas for brunch. $20 for two hours the best! When you start getting close to finishing your glass the waitress is right in top of it and comes and pours your another.
Great service everyone very friendly and my whole group was happy with their meals as well.
Definitely will come again can’t wait!

Went here with friends for brunch. The atmosphere is nice and the servers are quite attentive. Though I'm not a drinker other members of my table partook of the mimosas which are pretty heavy on the champagne.

If you're coming from brunch make sure to come close to opening since the parking lot fills very quickly.

The buffet is quite nice and all you can eat. They have a great selection of breakfast foods, meats, a raw bar, and an awesome selection of desserts.

Was not disappointed in the least and I'll definitely be heading back again!

Had our baby shower here. We did the buffet style, the food was tasty, good portions and staff made sure it was being replaced. We were allowed to take left overs. The staff was also helpful to our needs. There is a bar in the event room. We had a good time here for the event.

Stopped in for dinner before a show at FTC. We were immediately and warmly greeted. Our sever, Star was professional, friendly and answered all our questions. The tapas and larger plates were all delicious. Large menu and good drinks with seasonal specials. Nice bar with TV's. Large dinning areas in a couple of separate rooms. Parking lot was full but free street parking was available.

Great american restaurant for tapas to shares. The menu has a lot of repertoire of food. I loved their brussel sprouts and salads. The outdoor patio is very spacious and the service is great.

Excellent food, the flat iron steak was perfect without the sauce. Crab cakes were little small but delicious.loved the burrata. Mussels in wine sauce, you need bread to mop up the sauce Servers were very courteous. Good beer collection.

American tapas is really great description they use. Plenty of great dishes to share with friendly service. Pulled pork arepas and chorizo dishes were phenomenal. Wings were good but not in the same level as other dishes. Can't wait to go back and try a bunch more.

Ok let's talk about it. BRUNCH WAS F'KING AMAZING. I was Mimosa Wasted. Jackie was our waitress and she was beyond fantastic. The food was awesome..Avocado Toast..Crab cakes and of course those damn non-stop MIMOSAS..Give Jackie a raise. Thanks for taking me to brunch Ajee.. Definitely gonna go back..

This review is during the global pandemic, and Hub & Spoke did a great job creating a safe outdoor experience! The food taste really good and their cinnamon buns are delicious 😋

Wonderful atmosphere, good food, and great waiter.
This was my first time here and I truly enjoyed myself. Definitely going back. A little pricey but I expected that.

Loved this restaurant. The beer battered cheddar cheese curds were absolutely amazing. We also had a Philly cheese steak, BBQ wings, the chili, a garden salad and a hubabun. Oh that cinnamon roll was yummy. To drink I had the Hub and Spoke Mule. I loved the lavender in it. We were there around 6 on a Wednesday and it was pretty empty. Also we had a waitress in training and she did great. It was our first time there but we will definitely go back.

First time here, my daughter found it on Google search. Great atmosphere, open floorplan, servers were attentive and friendly, great food, salads, fresh smoked brisket with nice amount of heat in BBQ sauce and homemade chips. Will add this to our restaurant rotation

Fun times at the Hub and spoke annual Octoberfest. Great buffet including red cabbage, bratwurst, potato pancakes... etc. Delicious, tasty and fun!

Flavorful and fresh dishes. The steak was really soft and all of the fried items were lightly breaded. Pricing is reasonable, if slightly on the high end.

Great service. We loved the spinach & artichoke dip, rising shine burger, clam chowder & bread pudding. The raspberry beret cocktail is a must!
