Professional courteous staff. I’m very pleased with the service provided. Every patient I saw looked very happy. Dr. Spak was very thorough explained diagnosis in terms that understandable he showed concerned and empathy and his bedside manners are excellent. That’s a A plus!

Intelligent, helpful and professional. While I don't need surgery I went to Dr. Spak because he operated on my friend's shoulder and I never saw anyone recover so quickly.

Scheduling was timely, office staff very efficient and friendly. Dr Spak was engaging and listened to history carefully, performed evaluation of affected shoulder joint and proceeded to order X-Rays as appropriate. After evaluation of the radiographs, he shared the results and laid out options for treatment...we arrived a desired course of treatment that made sense. I highly recommend Dr. Spak.

Staff was friendly.
Dr. Spak has a terrific bedside manner and explained the condition well. I did not feel rushed when speaking with him.
I had a late afternoon Friday appointment. The wait in the waiting room wasn't terribly long
