Shoe Fly

I was struggling with calf and knee pain for weeks, a friend told me I probably needed new shoes. They recommended hokas from Shoe Fly. So I went in and met a nice lady there, Jeanette I believe was her name, she helped me pick out a comfortable pair. In the store they felt great but when I got home, they started to hurt my feet. I took them back the next day and they replaced them, no problem, with a different style. Very happy with my purchase and the experience there was very professional. Highly recommended.

I thought I would be stuck with my adidas hiking shoes, till I saw the Kona One One sign. The sales person was great. Measured and scanned mine and my friends feet. I got a pair of Kona's for my Virginia hike on the AT and 2 pair of darn tough socks and a pair of darn tough socks for my friend. Thank you for the great service and advice.

I enjoyed my experience at the Shoe Fly. They measured my feet and was put on the Aetrex machine. The machine let me know where my pressure areas were. It also showed my whole foot. Brian waited on my family and he was a delight. Brian was knowledgeable as well as funny we had a very good conversation. He showed me everything he was doing. I highly recommend them and will be returning in the future. I went for 1 pair of shoes and bought 2. They have a very fashionable selection to choose from.

I have never been here before and didn't know what to expect I was just looking for a cheap pair of shoes for the Gym when I came in I was immediately greeted by Dan "The Shoe Man" lol. I am in sales myself and always negotiate everything but I met my match with Dan. He is the best salesman/ customer service focused person I ever met. He was funny and kind. He measured both of my feet and did a computer analyzes of my free. Turns out I have been wearing the wrong size for year's and explains my foot pain. Dan suggested a shoe and inserted the custom insoles and my feet felt amazing. What an experience. I went in looking for a $40 cheap shoe. And ended up spending $200 and loved every second of it. Your not just buying a shoe here your buying a first class experience and 40 years of knowledge when working with the best in the shoe business.Go there ask for Dan The Shoe Man your feet will thank you!!!!

Sherry Fischer was an incredibly helpful fit specialist. I came in with recommendations from my podiatrist and she was able to assist me from there, checking each shoe I tried on for the perfect fit, helping me get the arch that was the right size for my shoe, ordering shoes in my size when they didn’t have it in the store. Couldn’t thank her enough for all of her help and support through this process! She also helped my husband find a sneaker he absolutely LOVES! He says his feet have never felt so good! So if you want to get shoes from a person who knows shoes, and want to buy a shoe that actually supports your feet, go to Shoe Fly and ask for Sherry, you will not be disappointed!!

Absolutely loved my experience. I was greeted and taken care of as soon as I walked in. Very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. They are always super helpful. Customer service doesn’t get much better. It’s worth paying a little more for quality shoes too! They are a lot better for your feet than what I’ve bought at some other chain stores. Sam, Brian, and Dan are all great too!

Wonderful experience. My saleswoman scanned my feet and told me some things I'd had no idea about and I learned about proper shoes for my needs. I bought a beautiful pair of New Balances and I am very pleased with them and my overall experience!

The cashier lady was very nice in Hanover. She helped me to pick the best boot cleaner. She was cheerful, upbeat, and easy on the eyes. I would like to visit again soon.

Best place to find shoes for tiny feet! My 18 month old has super small feet and couldn't find shoes anywhere else that fit him. They sized his feet and brought me what they had in his size. Left with 2 pairs of shoes. Great place and friendly staff!

Lots of.comfort brands, not your normal store. They offer measurements, fitting and other services for wearability.

Great service from Dan. He measured both feet and did a test to determine what arch support I needed. Very knowledgeable staff and they had my size in stock (14)! I’ll shop here again for sure!

A totally different shoe buying experience, i went in thinking this was just another random shoe store and I was wrong. This is a great place that actually cares about your feet and the shoe that you buy. The staff knew exactly what they were talking about and were very pleasant to talk to, they actually helped out unlike other stores. 10/10 we will definitely be back!

They give you full service, measure your feet, put you on a special machine to see what is going on with your feet, arch and pressure points. I got a very nice pair of dress shoes for my 50th wedding anniversary party! Dan is very good at his job, excellent service.

Great shoes, that are well made, comfortable and cute. The staff knows their shoes and can help you find a pair that meets your needs. I've gone from over 100 pairs of shoes to about 20. My feet never hurt anymore. Strongly recommend this store
