John Farens MD

Dr. Farens is an excellent doctor. He is extremely thorough. He has excellent manner, friendly and personable. I have been with his office for several years and I definitely recommend him.

Dr. Farens is an amazing doctor. He spends a lot of time with you, answers all questions and is extremely thorough. He has excellent bedside manner and is extremely personable. I have recommended him to several people and everyone who has gone to him loves him.

Thorough and professional. If I hadn’t relocated to the west coast I would without a doubt still be his patient. He is extremely knowledgeable, and his bedside manner is to treat his patients with respect and care.

He's not your average Dr, he knows !far! more medical issues than you would think, AND the treatments for them!
And on issues he's unsure of, he'll contact an associate that he knows for further clarification. That! Is the sign of a good Dr! (Though that was only once, he's a good listener and knows what he's talking about).
And the staff is nice and down to earth!
Only Dr I will see. I hope this review doesn't go to his head though lol
He really is excellent though.

I love Dr. Farens , his bedside manners are exceptional. He spends plenty of time explaining everything. The reason for the 3 stars is the office staff is HORRIBLE they think they are the doctor when you call. They are rude, talk down to you when you call. He should have stayed on his own the girls were great. They were great!!!

Dr. Farens is a good Doctor . But the new people in his office are rude. I called 11:53am I said I will be in after 2pm to pickup a urine cup and nurses that. I came after 3pm it wasn't at the desk the girl at front desk said take a seat and I will get it for you. , so I asked how long and the girl became very rude

Doctor Farens after sick visit forgot to call pharmacy with prescription info; we called after hours and waiting over two hours for doctor to call back; follow up appointment was made and doctor did not even came to office to check on patient; he send nurse only to perform injection, however copay was charged as regular visit. I don't recommend this office

I was always able to get an appointment when I had a health problem. Now I have to go to a walk in clinic because they are unable to give me an appointment.
