I was in and out very quickly. I was just dropping off a pretty labeled package so it wasn't a difficult task. But they were very friendly through the process.

I took my pup in with me in her back pack carrier (13 lbs). The lady working the counter gave her a couple of treats too.
My dog is my child since I don't have human children. So I give any establishment a thumbs up for making my pup happy.

The front desk representative was really helpful with getting my packages sorted and sent off to the right places.
Both were received on time and the cost was a bit high but understandable for the overnight service.

No long lines or wait time. Clean and very Friendly Service. They have wheelchair accessible parking and a push button for both doors. They don't take cash only cards.

I picked up a live animal that was shipped across the country overnight. The package had no signs of damage or rough handing, not a mark on it. The animal inside was fine and the woman that helped me at the desk was very nice. All around a great experience.

First time there and I previously ran out of tape at home for the package I was sending. Went in and was greeted by a lady who looked mid 20s early 30s and she gladly welcomed me and helped tape the rest of my package with no charge as well as taking care of taping the pre printed label. I was in and out in under 3 minutes! I definitely recommend coming here to ship with fed ex!

The employees that I have encountered here are very cordial and polite. I also haven't had to wait an extended time while they try to find my package; which is very refreshing. That is one of my biggest gripes with the USPS (United States Postal Service).

Excellent Service On Point Customer Care & The Best Part About It To Me Was No Wait When I Did Go So I Believe From My Brief Visit That It's Most Likely Always Customer Friendly And A Big Thanks To The Young Lady That Assisted A Very Confused Young Man With The Sending Of My Mail

Representive took care of me and got my package set for delivery. She was courteous and friendly even though I.waljed in the door 5 minutes before they closed.
