Chef's Table Fairfield

Having grown up in Fairfield, it is always a pleasure to return to see friends and family …and to go to Chefs table, of course. Flank steak burrito was excellent as always and while it is always popular, never too crowded to get a quality lunch with a great atmosphere. There are certainly plenty of food options in Fairfield, but chefs table never disappoints.

I have always enjoyed coming to this place for salads, soups and specially their wraps! They are one of a kind and the variety of food is amazing. Their wraps are very filling and it’s truly hard to decide which one to have as they are all so tasty.
One of the parts that I enjoy the most about this place is the Rock style to it, music and that they have live music! Super highly recommended!
Years ago, I would order here and just take it to eat it at the beach. Good times! Good memories from this place.

My all time favorite lunch spot! Salads are so fresh and delicious. The sandwiches are right on, The Soups!!...Great soup station! The staff is friendly and service is quick and easy. On top of all this, the ambiance makes this place super special. Live music, cool decorating & open air garage doors give it a great feel as well.

The food was awesome so far this has been the best breakfast I have ever had. I have been to hundreds of restaurants and I really enjoyed today's breakfast. I had two eggs over medium with sweet potatoes and pull pork uff it was delicious.

First time ever to the restaurant. They accommodated with a gluten-free wrap. I did not have time to sit in, the food and service was excellent. I will be back

Gumbo and Italian Wedding soups were excellent, the Cuban sandwich was good with decent portions of meat, the fruit cups were fresh, they ran out of whole baguettes and bagels

I've purchased several wrap options ( bbq chicken, pulled pork) and the Marley and they all have been delicious! This restaurant is a hidden gem! Highly recommend!

I’ve yet to come here for lunch but every time I’ve come for breakfast I have not been let down. The portions are great, I’m always full when I leave here and the food is always freshly made. I definitely suggest the sweet potato home fries. I love going here on nice days when they have the garage doors open. It’s such a cool place. One of these days I’ll get there for lunch!

Great variety, really fresh. Wish they hadn't microwave the flank burrito but besides that. I do plan on returning. Clean area, love the environment. Fresh food!!

Sooo good omg I love the asian ginger dressing from the salad bar I wish they sold bottles I def recommend!

Great soups, great salad bar, great sandwiches, freshly baked bread, and fun atmosphere with an inviting ambience. Rich, the owner, is a warm and dedicated restaurateur who loves what he does -- and it shows. Highly recommended.

Great spot for a counter served sandwich or wrap to go! Cute but very casual rock band themed dining area. Perfect option for bringing lunch to the beach.

The friendliest staff & the coolest place, super huge menu and mouth watering food presentations in all the displays which really used the space well but especially being able to really see all the breads 😍 Did not want to leave without a loaf of that carby baked goodness, it just looked so so yummy.
Everything was fresh & delicious, definitely a new favorite!

Awesome Moroccan chickpea soup was vegan and super delicious...salad bar has many tasty choices. Richard and his staff are fantastic!! It's on my go to list! So many wonderful things to try...next time the Cubano for sure!

Really amazing, high quality food. Salads, soups, wraps, all delicious. This has been a great spot for years and years, and they continue to be.

I'll leave one piece of feedback (really, one of the only things that isn't stellar): I've recently been ordering online delivery. For any sort of hot wrap or burrito, the packaging sticks to the wrap/cheese and ends up leaving a thin layer of paper that needs to be picked off before eating.

If that minor negative stops you from eating here though, you're a fool.

Chef's Table never disappoints. An amazing selection of sandwiches, salads, soups, and wraps. Everything is delicious. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Every time I've been there, there's been live music, which is a lovely way to spend lunchtime. The atmosphere is all rock and roll. I really love this place

Amazing soup-and-sandwich restaurant. Serves salads too. Indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor is booths, outdoor is chairs and a bench. Plenty of parking - one lot in front of the building and one to the left of it. Never disappointed by their flavors and cooking. Compliments to every cook and worker there.
