EQ3 made my new home dreams come true! I could not have trusted a better team to provide such extraordinary service in designing and delivering unique pieces that will last us a lifetime. The SONO team is highly experienced, committed to its customers, and so welcoming - this store is not stuffy and snobby like other furniture stores could be. Thank you especially to Laura who went above and beyond to pick out pieces that fit my style and goals, and even helped me design my space. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their home furniture or decor. Thank you!

Customer service at its best. Products are high quality. Good turnaround times on orders and they keep you posted on your order status. Aryelle, Rachel, and Tara were a great help.

The collection is stylish and quality. Prices would be fair even if a bit higher. The whole team is great but ask for Roberto. He’s the best.

My partner and I have greatly enjoyed all of our experiences here. Rachel and Aryelle have both gone out of their way on multiple occasions to be extremely helpful and informative. Great customer service. Friendly store personnel that answer your questions and offer very helpful advice. They have a great selection of quality Canadian made furniture and home decor accessories. Modern and transitional furniture choices that are clearly better made than most of the other furniture stores. We are so fortunate to have them in the SoNo Collection location. We plan to make this the first place to shop for all of our furniture needs!

I adore the beautiful things in this store. Lovely customer service. When helping my sister select items for her new home we had such a hard time deciding! We were given some great suggestions to achieve the look we were after.

I am in love with this store! I recently moved to a new house from a 1 bedroom apartment and urgently needed some ideas to make the space feel cozier. The staff here is so welcoming and helpful and the products are top notch quality. I am a fan and will be definitely coming back. Highly recommend!

Jeff and Rachel were incredibly helpful and patient in helping us selecting the furniture pieces for our home. They are not push at all and really offer helpful professional advice for us. Each time of our visit, they are welcoming, patient and professional. Highly recommend!

Visited while searching for furniture - Jeff was astounding and his attention to detail really made the trip exciting, despite the fact that furniture shopping x a very droll. He made sure we knew about any specials and what to expect shipping wise - would recommend him anytime to anyone. The selection is amazing and fits anyone with modern or contemporary styles. Lots of options, too.

I love this store! I ordered some chairs with Rachel at EQ3 in Norwalk and the quality is so much better than anything I’ve bought from the big chains around here. Great company.

I came in looking for furniture, I was immediately greeted and asked what I was looking for . Truth be told I knew I needed a sofa but I had nothing in particular in mind . Jeff showed me different options and was very knowledgeable in pricing, quality and delivery expectations . My wife and I placed our order and are now awaiting our delivery . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone . Jeff made this a smooth and pleasant experience for us !

I am in love with this store! It has beautiful, EQ3- The best! Simple, chic, and high-quality Furniture, lighting, accents, and accessories. Jeffrey, and his staff are awesome – professional, down to earth, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. With their help, my apartment looks Awesome, and is also very comfortable.

I was having the most trouble finding a sofa for my new apartment. Awkward front door dimensions, everything I liked back ordered for months, poor customer service at other furniture stores... a perfect recipe for frustration. I stumbled into EQ3 on a whim— went in to check pricing as I had never heard of the brand before. Such lovely customer service from the minute I walked in and the pricepoint was perfect. Rachel was fantastic and had every answer for us when we were asking our initial questions. Jeff stepped in to further assist and he couldn’t have been nicer. He showed us the sofa in an array of fabrics and then offered to give us a quote, outlining what would be included. He wasn’t pushy in any way, but instead, very graceful about the entire sale. Quick to send us the quote and communicate further. Overall both Rachel and Jeff were very genuine salespeople who seem to have the customer in mind— even offered to let us keep our shopping bags to the side as we wanted to browse around the store. So thankful to have stepped into EQ3 today, but more thankful for such lovely salespeople. My couch comes in 2 weeks and I couldn’t be more excited.
