When you're rushing around before Thanksgiving and need an excellent sales staff keep an eye out for Sandra and AJ! Sandra showed me quickly where I needed to go and then she swung back to me and updated me on OTHER inventory that was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Saved me TONS of time in a pinch. Then AJ took extra time as the store was closing to search for what I wanted, and to selflessly advise me on how to meet my needs in the fastest way possible before my flight.

11-14-2019 Bloomingdale's Grand opening nite. Clothing is spectacular, staff is amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable. There is definitely something for everybody here. Prices were very reasonable. Grand opening nite and offering 40% as seen in photos. Bloomingdale's Norwalk has out done itself. <3

Great service, Margareti in the ladies department is always awesome. It's such a blessing for the store to have her as a worker. Very well informed and great recommendations knows and understands her customers. Loved her. And Philip was great too he sold us $500 shoes we went to just browse because he told us how we could save with the sale going on. Very pleasant and well dressed.

Incredibly excellent fragrance department! Sandra was incredibly knowledgeable and took time to explain in depth the histories behind the perfume I was interested in. She literally knew SO much and was SO helpful. 10/10 experience, I 100% recommend talking to her if you are a new or seasoned perfume buyer!!

Had a great time here. Had amazing help from Marguerite. She helped me find an entire outfit for my sister’s college graduation from the dress to the small coach bag and matching Stuart weitzman braided heels. Very nice! I was standing around the jewelry section for a while and didn't notice any workers near by to ask for assistance. But it didn't take long to find one to help. Other than that,cleancand friendly place!

Awesome experience at the Norwalk Bloomingdales thanks to the employee named “Joy”. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for personally and also helped me pick out a Christmas gift. She helped me so much that I asked her if her manager was working so I could personally tell them what an amazing job she did helping me.

If you go shopping at this Bloomingdales, look for a young woman named Joy (dark hair, short, nice eyes). She will help you tremendously and ensure that you receive loyalty points and any promotional deals. Trust me. She’s the best employee there. The Woman who initially helped me was horrible but dealing with Joy was such a wonderful experience. Next time I go back I am only shopping if Joy is on staff that day.

The store is always loaded with things you need and want and the staff are very helpful and friendly especially the lady in the home department with bar wear she was extremely helpful and courteous which I am going back and will buy what I wanted even if it is not on sale.
