Nordstrom has outdone itself with this new store! Everything from the collections to the stylist to the service is first class. The addition of a cafe on the third floor and a coffee, tea, and smoothie bar on the first floor just adds to the experience. The perks of the Nordstrom card are terrific!

This particular Nordstrom located in Norwalk has quite a fair bit more to offer than other locations within the state, including high-end brands that you are less than likely to find being sold elsewhere within the Nordstrom network, such as bags and shoes from YSL, Burberry, Gucci, Christian Louboutin, Balenciaga, Mario Valentino, and others that I'm possibly forgetting as I type this review.

Jalen V. who works in the men's shoes department did great by me in helping me secure my Gucci Agrado slides in Gucci men's size 11 (US 10 Men). We engaged in conversations regarding certain topics with mutual interest and is overall a very personable individual who is a valuable asset to the team at this Nordstrom location; he will definitely and reliably help you out as far as shoes for men are concerned.

This particular Nordstrom location is one that I highly recommend making the drive out to, if only to at least visit and browse the rather extensive inventory of items; I will certainly be making more visits to this store as I am able to.

Love the happy hour at Bazille in Nordstrom at the new mall. Lime cilantro tacos $4, maple bacon deviled eggs (4 halves) $4. $5 wine / $4 beer/ $6 spirits. Love it!

I needed to pick up a new pair of Nike Airmax 90s for my honeymoon and this was the only store that had them. The staff was super helpful and professional. Very grateful that I was able to get the sneakers and for Nordstrom having them in stock. Five out of five stars!

You really need to come in see the Mall is beautiful and have a lot it good store for shopping and don't forget to stop in Clarks shoes for comfort

Kimberly Higgins in the women’s department is a prime example of customer service perfection. She is the reason I keep coming back! If you need any help at all, she is there to help you with a smile on her face.

Love this place, my new favorite store. Atmosphere is on point, customer service is so good, all around an amazing experience.

I had an issue with my 3yr gift card. The staff was very good at pointing me in the right direction to address my concerns. Johnathan in customer service did not hesitate to contact corporate gift card team and they responded with reissueing me a new electronic card!

High-end family store for clothing and accessories.

Great selection, very clean, and excellent service. The person who helped me went above and beyond to make sure that I was purchasing the correct belt and shoes for my husband. I was unsure about appropriate sizing, and he took it upon himself to ask me questions and then find me exactly what I needed while I waited at the register. It's a good thing too, because I would have ended up with a too small belt that would've had to be returned if he had not intervened. Highly recommend! :)

Sophisticated shopping experience - bringing back proper customer service. Plus a restaurant and great cocktails in the store

I was shopping on there ANNIVERSARY DAY! There was a DJ playing great music. The restaurant serves alcohol and variety of food. So u can shop eat drink and get pampered all in one place.

Nordstrom’s is the absolute best place to shop! The quality and variety of inventory is top notch, both online and in-store.
The customer service exceeds highest level of expectation which motivates me to take a ride and experience the in- person attention and care.
Thank you Nordstroms for opening a store 5 miles from my home!!

Ann in the dress department is the best!!! She helped set up dressing rooms for my sister and I. We need dresses for multiple occasions and Ann was amazing! If we needed a size she had it! A smile on her face the entire time, someone who is truly happy always makes the experience better. Thank you Ann! And thank you Nordstrom for the amazing dresses!

Genuinely just had one of THE BEST customer service experiences ever. Rafiqah in the perfume section was absolutely excellent and gave me great recommendations, she was so knowledgeable, friendly, and an absolute joy to talk to. I will be returning to purchase more perfumes solely because of my experiences with her. Would give 10/5 stars if possible!!! If you need any help with anything fragrance, she will hook you up.
