Amazing food! Great atmosphere, very relaxing. Being a busy mom, I needed a good night out. I always drive by this restaurant, and I have always wanted to go, I'm glad I finally did. The quality of the food was great and delicious. It's definitely a new spot for me.

Our go to place for lunch after getting our pies for Thanksgiving. Amici’s is always spot on with everything from the moment we arrive until we are finished. Consistently one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been to.

My friends and I spontaneously decided to dine at this restaurant on a Sunday evening without a prior reservation. I called 30 minutes before our arrival and was pleased to find that they had ample seating available. Upon arrival, we ordered a variety of dishes including Burrata, Shellfish Martini, Beet Salad with Chicken, Shrimp Fra Diavolo, and Shrimp-Scallops Alla Vodka with linguine instead of penne.

The culinary experience was exceptional, particularly the pasta dishes. It's rare for me to finish a linguine dish without losing interest, but the pasta here held my attention from start to finish. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone craving a high-quality pasta meal.

The service was equally impressive. The staff was attentive and efficient, with multiple team members available to refill water, clear dishes, and attend to any requests we had.

I will undoubtedly return to this restaurant, especially when I'm in the mood for exceptional pasta.

We made last minute plans to meet up with friends and it was perfect. Hit all the points - atmosphere, service and the food was delicious. Parking was a little bit difficult 🙃 but there was a local carnival that may have impacted that situation when we visited.

Beautiful local Italian restaurant that gives you amazing homemade dishes that compete with any other restaurant out there. Have yet to have a bad meal or bad service. The menu is not inventive by any means. But if you want a nice classic Italian dinner or a beautiful change of pace for date night this place will sneak its place into your heart after one visit.

We were here for a friend's wedding reception last year and finally got back here for our anniversary dinner. We really liked the food, service and atmosphere. Calamari was very tender and tasty, Eggplant Rollatini was very good but not as big as I thought it might be. Wife had Orecchiette e Funghi, I had Osso Bucco. Both were outstanding. Finished with Tarfuffo & Triple Chocolate Mousse. 10/10.

Sidenote: parking can be challenging.

Pleasantly surprised. Went on a recommendation from a friend and were very happy with the experience. Will definitely be back. Don't park across the street!! We almost got towed! Dropped a 100 bucks to the driver to prevent the tow. Clearly our fault as there were signs everywhere saying not to; we gambled and lost, lol. We enjoyed the food and the staff was super.

My coworkers recommended this place and I finally decided to have dinner here with my boyfriend. The food was really delicious and flavorful and staff was very friendly as well. I will definitely be back soon.

This place is phenomenal! The food, the service; the atmosphere. Delicious, savory flavorful portions. Definitely on the level of Carmine's NYC, Vegas; Adrianna's etc... you get the point. Definitely worth the drive to Shelton.

One of the best Italian restaurants in CT. Great staff (attentive, polite, professional) and the food, must try: the burrata, calamari, eggplant rollotini, meatballs, pasta, cutlets Veal chop. Well done 5/5 stars. Love the vintage white FIAT out front as well. Highly recommend

Sat at the bar and was very impressed by our server. Good pour on our drinks. Fresh warm bread. The seafood cocktail was so fresh and perfectly chilled, enjoyed every morsel. The shrimp and scallop ala vodka and the shrimp fra diavolo were both absolutely delicious.

This restaurant has been on my list for a while and I finally got to go! It is such a beautiful restaurant inside, and out! It is on the fancy side but I'm a firm believer, that you don't need to have a special occasion to experience a great restaurant. My bestie and I came here and we had a great time! We ordered the eggplant rollatini to start off with and wow was it delicious! For the entree I ordered the chicken Scarpellio, which was on the specials menu. It was perfect! Full of so much flavor! The portion size was great too! I had leftovers the next night for dinner. The restaurant itself is very clean. I love the dim lighting and the service was amazing! Great staff, great restaurant! Oh and tasty wine!!

Amici's is outstanding. It's a gem in downtown Shelton. They serve family style Italian dishes. The food, service, cocktails and ambiance made a great family dinner even more enjoyable.

If you want an elegant but overall affordable place with AMAZING food and service, Amici’s is the place to go. This is our new favorite place for me and my family!!!! Completely recommend it

The food was super! I enjoyed this restaurant. There is a parking lot across the street but DONT park there. It's for something else. Everything was delicious!
