Stopped here for a quiet lunch and was blown away by the food. Delicious onion rings and sauce. I asked them for the secret sauce but they wouldn’t budge. You’ll have try it yourself. The rigatoni was amazing. I’m so excited we found a place that left us wanting to come back for more!

I Have been to the usual good restaurants in and around Shelton plenty of times, but Parker, Eatery and Bar is my new favorite. First the atmosphere was relaxing and the dining tables were perfectly spread out and not stuffed next to each other. My Wife and I sat down at a table, however the bar looked warm and inviting. From the dining area you can still see the TVs with Sports playing on them. 2nd the food was incredible! My Wife had the Crab Cakes and I had the Parker Burger. The Crab Cakes were perhaps the best I've ever tasted and my Burger was perfect. Staff was very friendly and for a Saturday night dinner around 5:30 we were sat right away and our food came about 20 minutes after ordering it. It's a little pricey but we'll worth it to dine here. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to have a great meal in Shelton. It's right next door to the Rinks on River Road.

Awesome place. We stopped on the way back from a UConn drop off, right off 15, had lunch. The club and chicken sandwich were excellent. Really good fries, the thin ones. Looks like a great place to hang out, not expensive, lunch was about $30 plus tip. We sat at the bar, super friendly service, highly recommend for lunch, dinner or drinks.

Ordered steak tips based on a recommendation. It was delicious. Service was prompt and friendly. A perfect lunch date. Definitely will be returning.

Best boneless chicken wings ever! They are actually what they say and not chicken nuggets! Food was fantastic. Couldn’t eat my whole meal. Excellent options for all. Ask about the children’s menu. They have one in their system but don’t have menus. Your server is the menu!

There were two of us and we sat at the bar on the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. The beautiful bartender was very attentive and had great hustle. We shared the nachos which checked all the boxes- really good! Drinks were not lacking haha good pour 👍🏽.

Parkers is always 10/10!!! Food is best in shelton area. The short rib, salmon, burger, and fries are my fav. The desserts are also top notch. Bar tenders are fantastic and deliver exceptional service!

We went for a birthday party for our great grandson. The food was excellent and our server was a lovely young woman, who was very efficient and fun.

New Years Eve..we went with friends and had a WONDERFUL dinner. Thanks for the Champagne and the wonderful, friendly waitress and staff! We have visited many times prior and will CERTAINLY be back again! Never disappointed! Thanks again!! Gig (Nancy)

Came here while on business with Sikorsky. Brand new building and nice inside. Menu has some nice options and with a party of 8 we each got different meals. When the food came, we were impressed. The prime rib was huge and delicious. The pasta dishes were raved about. The duck was outstanding. I got the steak pizza and my mouth is watering typing this...it was really good. We all enjoyed it so much we came back the next night and did round 2. Highly recommend.

I really enjoy going there, especially now they've moved to the bigger spot down the street. The drinks are always excellent and you can't go and not try the garlic parmesan fries. They used skinny fries too! Great atmosphere for happy hour, with large wrap around bar. I bet it would be even better when the weather gets better as they now can open the whole bar to outdoor patio. Lunch menu is always quick and yummy. You can get "make your own salad" during lunch time. Definitely give it a go if you are on the fence!

I had a good time for being on business travel. The service was amazing! I ate way more than I should have but I will say get dessert. Especially the peanut butter pie. Thanks to the staff for making me feel like I was at home away from home.

Went out to dinner with friends and we all had a fantastic time ! Enjoyed great atmosphere, service and food. Our server Sara was conscientious and affable and chef Clemente was only too happy to prepare us a special order of wings ! Highly recommend Parker eatery and bar.

Just had a dinner at Parker with friends. The food was delicious. The service was amazing thanks to Bryan who was very kind and was constantly checking if we needed anything! I wish more waiters were like Bryan.

First time there and it was fabulous. We started with the tuna tartare followed by the Duck and the Pork Chop dinner. We highly suggest trying these items with your favorite cocktail. We sat at the bar and staff was attentive and ambience was nice. Particularly loved the lanterns on the bar. We will be back ! Kudos to the Chef!

My husband and I have been wanting to come try Parker before they even moved to the new location. We came here last night for dinner and we love the new location, it’s chic and modern with perfect lighting. Great menu! For a drink I had the autumn heat and it was amazing perfect amount of sweetness and heat! We shared the tuna tartare app and it was different from any other we’ve had loved the sweetness to it. For dinner my husband had the swordfish special which was cooked perfectly, I had the short rib taco special which was an app and an app pear salad as my dinner. We were too full for dessert, but looked at the menu which had good offerings. Everything was delicious and service was great we will definitely be back!
