Russ and John are awesome. Everytime I go in I spent 100 bucks or so but I walk out saving 1,000. I would highly recommend them for strategy for anyone who wants to pay less in taxes...which should be everyone

Quite unimpressed by their Partner Nick Buonocore. He can't be reached. Took at least 3 days to reply. We get zero attention. (We are his paying customer of over $2grand for 1.5 years) and he just ran the numbers and charge like a CPA who gives a worldly advice to small business owners.
The accountant Nicole is pretty great though. She's fast and reliable: still very very expensive for just reconciling and uploading bank statements to quickbooks.

These guys are incompetent, from top to bottom. They are either late, or wrong, or both. You would be better off with Turbo Tax.

The worst tax experience I have EVER had. They charged us over $500 to do our simple taxes and claimed that was "how the program worked." I would never recommend anyone use them. They totally ripped us off. I have no idea how they are still in business where they are charging people ridiculous amounts to do taxes.
