Dunkin'

What a wonderful surprise! So pleased with the worker at Dunkin on Elm St in Windsor Locks today. They took the time to pack my frosted donuts carefully with napkins separating them. My frosting was perfect! Thanks!!!!

For the last six months I have been going here every morning and my coffee and service have been A1 every time. The staff make the coffee exactly the way I order it, even when there is someone new at the window. Since 9/18/23 I have had to go elsewhere due to remodeling. I cannot wait until they are done. I have thrown away my coffee everyday instead of drinking it because there is nothing like fresh coffee, I am not a fan of burnt coffee at all. Hopefully the remodeling will be done soon I really need a delicious cup of coffee. THANK YOU to the staff at 596 Ella Grosso Rd.

This is a 24 hour dunkin. Service is always good. They remember what I usually get and always have it in very short time.

This Dunkin is local to me and despite how busy it always is , it always runs like a well oiled machine. A lot of the same faces I’ve seen for years that do a tremendous job and some new that are also good

Any time I am dropping someone off or picking up from Bradley Airport, I stop for a coffee. They make your order right every time and actually show customer service the way it should be. Given the fact it's so far in between that I visit this specific location, it is never the same employees. This just shows me they train their employees right and that they actually care about their job, unlike most places. I will definitely continue to return each time I pick up or drop off!!

I had to set up breakfast for third shift, the staff at this Dunkin is on point. I've gone to other places and end up getting a hard time from staff, but not at this location. They are the best and they treat you with respect. When people go out of their way, that's important to me. Thank you guys & gals. Keep up the great work.

I come everyday but Sunday and the staff are awesome. The dining area is always clean and organized. I enjoy this DD being the start of my day!

I especially like the staff on Berlin Turnpike location. They are welcoming and helpful. Always a good way to start the day. Dunkin coffee is the best in my opinion. Also another place where the bathrooms are always clean .

Most of my experiences at Dunkin have been poor; they usually mess up the order, forget something, etc. However, this location always gets my order right (usually an iced caramel latte)and it's not only right, it's always delicious. This is definitely my preferred location. They are always super busy but service is always quick.

The man who was working the drivethru this morning at 0445 deserves a raise. He should be cloned for every store. So genuinely pleasant and helpful. I feel ready for my impending 20hr shift today after dropping my husband off at the airport. Make this man head of training! Something!

Did Drive-Thru. Service was good. Egg and cheese wake-up wrap served hot, neatly put together and no salt like l requested. They had no fountain soda but was able to purchase a bottle. Super value.

HEY Y'ALL I have to tell everyone that this is without a doubt the BEST Dunkin Donuts ever They have the BEST employees ever. they are friendly courteous and do their jobs well. The products are great. and you can't tip them Go figure. love you all thanks for a great drink and food every time

Have been coming here for years and it has been great, it might be me but 2/10 times whenever I get a coffee I can become sick. But besides that it has always been my goto. Good price for coffee but the frozen coffee is expensive. Great staff, always clean inside, and if I have a problem they try their best to help. All in all I rate 5 stars.

This donkin is one of the very good coffee shops of dunkin donut I've found great service,all the dunking products. Fast,clean,friendly, nice employees and patient!! Always come here

Best Dunkin I've ever visited. The manager and assistant manager are just class acts
They know their customers by name and often their orders.

Dunkin has always been a favorite place of mine. I won't lie there are times when you have to replace a drink or have the food remade. You may even run into a few people that are not nice because they are having a bad day. But it's still the best place to go to

Best Dunkin with 10 miles of where i live. Since many people in the area lost power this week, the drive thru line has gone down elm st. Yet it was still a quick line. I'd love to be able to leave a little tip for the excellent service but unfortunately they're not allowed too accept tips at this location. Which is sad. The greedy owners only pay these employees CT state minimum wage, lower then Mass. This location is the busiest in Hartford county operating 24 hours a day.

Very friendly people busy but they take their time to make sure there customers are satisfied

Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was quick and accurate. The place was clean and well kept. Great stop for a quick coffee and a bagel.
