Bella Napoli Pizza - Stratford

The food was excellent! Everything was hot and fresh, from the plain cheese pizza to the mashed potato pizza we decided to try. The garlic bread was top notch, with a generous helping of garlic butter! The staff was extremely friendly, and greeted us as soon as we walked in.

I can't comment on the atmosphere, since we did take out.

I ordered online, for delivery. The driver never knocked on my door. At 11pm, I found some of the food on my front porch, with some rodent eating it. $40 of food wasted and no email to contact Bella. Slice won’t respond to me. *Their response ‘we hope to make it up to you* What I deserve is a refund! This was so unacceptable! Why would I (a long time customer), order from you again when I had to throw out $40 of food & didn’t even eat that night???

Happy to say, Bella Napoli made things right by getting my money refunded. Slice on the other hand, was the one in the wrong, wouldn’t help me, told me it was Bella Napoli’s problem. I love Bella Napoli, but will only do pick up from now on. Slice is horrible for what they did. Wish Bella Napoli didn’t use them.

Honestly I wasn’t expecting the food to be this good. The chicken parm grinder was fresh and delicious, the pizza was cooked perfectly. With all the topping we put on it, it didn’t get all soggy. Really good food

This restaurant is so good. I regularly order delivery from them and they always come through for me. Every person, who delivers my food is extremely polite and thoughtful. The food is always so delicious. I love this restaurant.

Lady at the front forgot about my pizza slices and gave me a whole pie. Pizza was supreme as always. Just wanted to comment this to show my appreciation and let her know thank you.

I'm not a fan of steak but once I tried the Philly steak n cheese it has been one of my favorite go to pizza..Must try at least once with the white sauce..

First experience here and I will definitely be back. Order online for pick up and it was done sooner then the time quoted. Love the text feature to let you know the order is ready. Pizza was good, the girl at the register had great customer service. If your looking for something sweet definitely try the Reese’s cake. You will not be disappointed.

I don’t know what anybody’s talking about but this place is great. I love it. It’s so comforting to travel and to run into a great cultured place. And they even helped somebody out that did not have money. That was very compassionate of them and I like to see that keep doing your thing.

They always have fresh- awesome food. Their wings are SO BOMB!!! Their ranch dressing is addicting. It’s clear that they are not just in it for the money- but for quality and customer satisfaction.
We live down the road and order often- their subs are great- pizza is great- their chef salads are AMAZING- the owners are seriously amazing to customers - and by far my favorite delivery spot around.

So I order the signature salad not only is it amazing but the cheese isn't gogonzola it is Blu cheese ....just wanted to put that out there thanks

Probably the best pizza in Stratford. Best wings too! I order my wings extra well done and they do it so right. It’s hard to explain how juicy, crispy and flavorful their wings are. Love this place!

I am going to miss this place. Their pizza is always amazing and the service is always on point. Everyone there is helpful and polite. The delivery team ensures you're getting your food fast and hot.

Update.... I will say,, lately the double pepperoni has been fantastic, the way you would like it to be...........*order from here alot and for me I like double pepperoni. Lately I open the top and think "if this is double, I would hate to see just regular." I expect to see a lot. I started ordering that from here because the pepperoni lovers from pizza hut started to get sad....*

I am a big fan of Bella Napoli's. It is my favorite pizza joint out here. It is a great slice of pizza at a decent price. It's not the stretchy, grease filled kind. It's the hot, cheap, and ready kind. It's the pizza you stop by in route home to have a movie night with the family.

Something great is that they have a dairy free option (use marinara sauce instead, dough is df) and gluten free options. I have a student who is also soy free and he loves it.

Personally, I enjoy just a pepperoni, but my wife loves the eggplant.

It's not a sit down restaurant, but they do have seats. It's more of a take home or eat at during the lunch break. They have a sit down location in Milford.

Great experience - had large cheese and large curly fries pizza delivered through Slice. Pizzas stayed fresh and were great. Will order from here again soon. Thanks!
