We enjoyed our time here! Such a clean beach for being close to the city! Went for a quick swim and sun bathed. Very relaxing, there is tons of grass areas should you want to picnic! There is a bar right on the beach, and kayak and paddle rental. It can be a fun place to spend the day!

Clean, family friendly with picnic/grill areas and a playground. Convenient snack shop and beach bar serving cocktails and quick bites. Bathroom and showers centrally located. Designated areas for campers/RV's. $6 for residents and $8 for non-residents. Local company on beach for kayak and paddle board rentals which of course we had to do. Looking forward to the next trip!

Camp here from NY at least 1x a year. We love it here!! Great access to the bike bath, lake Champlain, and the showers are clean warm and strong water pressure. Not far from downtown and the sites are comfortable. We really appreciate this gem!

We have been on this lake for 5 days and seen many different parks and beaches. All of which we were not able to swim in. This beach has everything. Clean water, waves, soft clean sand, life guards, easy parking, shade and of course sun. It even has a restaurant with cocktails and a full menu right on the water. Cant wait to revisit.

Our favorite park in the United States. We are from NJ and we love the atmosphere at this beach/park. Folks are consuming alc responsibility here and we were pleasantly surprised by that.

Great place. If you go off season. Beach bar is near by in season. Very relaxing to sit and read and relax. Went here on Labor Day weekend and couldn't find a place to sit, but after that weekend it was great. Awesome place to get a huge creemee. Paid parking of $3 hour if you drive, tough when it is busy to find a place, but is walkable on the bike/ walking trail. No life guard after labor day. Restrooms may be closed after season, porta potty still available. Can't speak for what it is like during summer. Dogs are not supposed to be at this beach, but several people brought them anyway and had them in the water. Picnic area available and camping available nearby.

Nice relaxing beach. Shallow all the way out about 200'. Great spot for kids. Beach concessions have a good assortment of food and adult drinks to go! Can't wait to come back

Fabulous beach. Huge parking ($8 now) and lots of bike access. Grassy shaded areas to park your towel as well as sunny sand. Clean bathrooms. There's a little restaurant as well as window ordering for creemees and hamburgers/chicken fingers/fries. Beach is fairly deep, shallow, and very long so even when it's more crowded there's lots of space. Life guards on duty and they enforce an area free of boats, jet skis, and larger floats. Feel so lucky to be able to load up the car for a long beach day or hop on bike for a little swim n drinks.

Lovely beach and park. The water is clear and sand is a little rocky but smooth. Scenery is breathtaking and ambiance is warm and lovely.

I traveled for 3 hours to get here and it was 100% worth it. Parking is only $6. The beach is very spacious and long. The lake itself is gorgeous, huge. There's plenty of space to swim and play in the water. There's a small place to eat by the beach, they have pizza, burgers, ice cream and much more. Just bring sandals for the sand because it burns. After a whole day in the beach, everyone should go to Church St marketplace in Burlington.

Nice beach that can be accessed by a path from the Burlington bikeway if one is biking. There is a parking for cars at the entrance and a rack to lock bikes near the beach. May need some mosquito repellent if walking slowly to the beach.

Beautiful beach for swimming in shallow waters (hip deep) or sunbathing. Right off the bike path. If entering with a car and you're out of state, pay $10 at the entrance.

Great place to lounge on a sandy beach by the lake. Access is by the campground and by an road tunnel of 9 feet clearance. VR and alike can’t pass.

Best beach you'll get in Vermont. Very nice sand. Best time to go is in the late summer when the water has warmed up a bit!

Pretty even on a windy and cloudy day. Soft sand, nice breeze, great views! Short walk from the North Beach Campground and just off a nice bike trail.
