I just wanted to share my experience with this wonderful company. Last month my husband was involved in an accident at about 1 am and forgive but I forget his name but the owner and I want to say his younger son came out to tow my car. Even being woken up in the middle of his sleep he was still professional and kind. They quickly got my car and cleaned the road. The next day when we went to clean out the car he was again professional and very nice. I would recommend this company for sure. It's hard to come by quality and professional customer service these days but this company is wonderful for this!! Thank you again!!!

They're so honest and trustworthy... they do a great job and no monkey business. They've been taking care of our cars for 10 yrs. They treat our cars like their own, and keep costs low.

As a single mom, an honest mechanic is worth his weight in gold. If you want a local mechanic who is going to fix what needs to be fixed and not anything else that doesn't need to be fixed, go here. I've been going here for almost 10 years.

I have to say Chuck at Southside Auto is the man!!! He tried desperately to save my 2002 Altima with head gasket issues that were beyond repair. Since I have no experience with cars, Chuck helped guide me in choosing another used vehicle...a 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe with only 77,000 miles! He not only charged me nothing for looking at my Altima, trying to fix the hose or diagnostically checking my new Santa Fe, he also came to me when I did not have a vehicle either in working condition or registered yet! Thank you for your help and kindness Southside Auto! I definitely will be back and recommend your service!

Dropped my car off with only partial heat. Got it back, now it's sweating me out! Chuck and his crew are amazing, they only do what you ask, and do it right!
