Sofia's Restaurant & Pizzeria

Wow!!! Huge portions of phenomenal food. My friend kept telling me about this place and I finally went tonight. As the servers passed I kept looking at all the food and was blown away because not only did EVERYTHING look delicious, the portions were huge. I'm already planning to take my brother next time I go. He loves pork chops and Sofia's were tender and juicy. Very friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Reasonably priced. Way to get my attention Sofia's!

You'll never go hungry here! Portions are generous, and food is great!! Just went for mother's day. Great fun and food. The booths are nice, restaurant is comfortable and accommodating! They have a full bar there, with plenty of options. Go when you can, you won't be disappointed!!

The food was delicious. The best calamari I've had so far anywhere. Definitely one of the restaurants I recommend to my friends😁

Started off with an appetizer of jalapeño poppers. Then we ordered two meals for dinner. I had the veal Parmesan with angel hair pasta, and my wife had the scrod Sophia with linguine. They give you a big portion of each, so we were able to bring a decent size meal Home we both had desserts. I had the tiramisu and my wife had the pistachio cheesecake. They were both delicious. The prices were very reasonable and the service was excellent. There was plenty of parking.

I've been going to Sophia's for God knows how many years, but I moved away about 30 years ago. I've just made some visits back and had to stop in to get a great east coast pizza. I have to say I was so so happy, it was just as I remembered and have been able to make more trips for the Sophia's special pizza.

I went back again last month only to learn that they had changed the way they cut the veggies on the pizzas. It use to be in thin slices and in now in small chunks. It COMPLETELY changed the flavor and not for the better.

Every time I go here I order something different. The portions are large and it is always good! Surprisingly I haven't had the pizza yet but they are always busy with to go orders for pizza! We usually have my daughter with us (baby in a high chair) and the staff is always so great!

Absolutely amazing staff. Friendly, kind and out of this world amazingly high customer service. We turned up from the UK to find out our hotel across the road was closed. We ended up spending a couple hours in here eating and drinking while booking another hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help us. The food was absolutely amazing...Thank you so much, you really were amazing x

Great place for a very good lunch at a reasonable price. They have not cut back on the quality or quantity of the portions and the prices are very good for what you get.

First time going there and food was delicious.Rolls were fresh and delicious.dinner was amazing . I had the Chicken Piccata which was delicious and plentiful.came with a salad and Angel hair pasta 🍝 my fiancé had the mushroom sausage pasta meal.sauce was so delicious.service was very good.very popular place.will be going back when in the area.

Food is always delicious….we had a small pizza, a cheeseburger and eggplant Parmesan. Our waitress was very busy but was always anticipating our needs….I wish I could remember her name, but sadly I can’t. We have eaten here quite a few times and have always had great service!

I been coming to Sophia's Restaurant, for a while now. The prices are very reasonable.The food is excellent.The Pizza, Linguine with meatballs, salads, etc. The service, and atmosphere is very good . I recommend this Sophia's without reservations.

We always get the Chicken Parmigiana, and it's never disappointed! The dinner portion is easily enough for two people! Photo is half of the dinner portion!

We were there on our way home to Canada after wintering in Florida. This is our 3rd yr and as always everything was absolutely delicious. Our Hostess Jojo and our server Emily went above and beyond to make it a great experience. We will see you again next April.

I usually shy away from getting whole belly clams from any restaurant that doesn't specialize in seafood but these were perfectly seasoned and not one grain of sand. They were delicious!

We visited Sofia’s today and once again, the food and service was excellent! We chose Prime Rib and Sirloin Beef Tips and the dinners were delicious. For dessert we tried their Chocolate Chip/Cookie Dough Cheese Cake which was something different for us and we liked it... a lot!!! Melissa, our waitress, was friendly and attentive; and we were also delighted to meet and chat with the owner of Sofia’s Restaurant, Isadore, aka Izzy. That was very nice too!

Well, as we’ve noticed during our occasional stops in East Windsor, CT, Sofia’s is a favorite place to eat and we know why... Great food and selections, friendly service and reasonable prices!

PS. If you like Cream Soda, try Sofia’s... It’s really good!

Went for dinner. Husband had Swordfish it was great. I had grilled blackend chicken alfredo, perfectly spiced, tender and not overly thick like most places. We started with calamari. Which was a huge portion. All the portions are more than generous and the prices a very reasonable. Salads are fresh and crisp. And our server Ryan was the bomb diggity!!!!! Thanks!!!!

My family and I celebrated a confirmation party this weekend at Sofia. The food and service were all amazing. Had a great time would 100% recommend this for anyone looking for a restaurant.

Atmosphere was just a touch bright for my taste, but everything else was perfect! The food, the waitress, everything exceeded expectations. I even liked the alfredo. I’ll definitely be back.

Sunday night dining for 2. No wait for a table. Ordered the steak medallions and bowl of soup and the classic chick parm. Served in under 10 minutes. Both dishes were delicious. IMO Sofias has Theeee Best Dinner rolls and pizza in the entire east windsor area.

Consistently a quality experience EVERY TIME! Their eggplant parm is my go-to dish. Thinly sliced eggplant, breaded, and layered high! Their rolls are to die for. Pictured here is the appetizer fried calamari. Affordable price, great service, and quality product. I highly recommend this restaurant!
