Soup Thyme

My favorite lunch spot. Their food is always so flavorful and delicious. The chicken pot pie soup is amazing. If you like spice then I would highly recommend the chili. Great prices too but be sure to look at their website for soups of the day as they change daily. I would also recommend calling ahead for lunch as they tend to get quite busy.

This place is amazing. The menu is so creative and I love the play on words with all the sandwiches. The food is amazing and clearly made fresh and the people are wonderful. It gets busy at lunch so call ahead or come outside the lunch rush hours. A huge must if you’re in the area

This is the Soup lovers dream... So many soups on hand, you'll get dizzy. The "Soup of the day" is usually at least 16 different choices, and then there is the sandwich board... They have about 30 different sandwiches and paninis to choose from. You'll have to get there a half hour early just to make up your mind with all these choices! The food is excellent... Closed Sunday, they take credit cards.

They have the best soup ever! Idts like that episode of Seinfeld! The staff was great! I want to come here all the time now! Please give it a try, its great!!!

Always busy and teeming with people. They get to you as quickly as possible. Definitely recommend ordering ahead (might have to call a couple times). Staff is really nice and polite. If you’re not in a rush for lunch, this a perfect little spot.

It’s good to know that some things never change. I moved away from the Monroe area a few years ago so hadn’t been to Soup Thyme in a long time - but I was in the area so stopped in for my favorite soup. The food is as top notch as ever… and the service just as discombobulated and chaotic as ever, lol. It’s part of its charm - and worth it for the soup.

Best soup around, and the sandwiches are great too. I love the roasted cauliflower soup and the chicken pot pie soup. Never had a bad experience.

I live down the road from this place, always drove by it... finally grew the eggs to go in, because who gets soup for lunch anymore?....all I can say is that I should've faced my fears sooner. Best damn panini and soup lunch I've ever had. The Thyme Saver saved my life. Open your arms and accept this place into your life.

We loveeeeee soup thyme!! This place has it all good for the soul! Great service they always bag it correctly and I never miss an item! It’s important when you have 20 orders from our office. It’s small place but damn it’s good! The Reese’s cookie is to die for. Love the butternut squash and French onion soup.

I am fortunate enough to live in Monroe where I can enjoy the soups and paninis at Soup Thyme. The soup I had today was Cabbage Bacon Chicken with half a panini called Thyme Warp.
The soup was delicious and served hot. It had just the right amount of saltiness as I am very sensitive and don't like the salt to overwhelm. The chicken was so nicely shredded and the bacon was subtle. I also got the Thyme Warp panini in which the roast beef was very good quality, thinly sliced with melted cheddar cheese. The horseradish sauce was a little sweet but I enjoyed it anyway. There are about 4 servers who are very busy but very efficient. It's a good idea to look at their daily menu online because it changes daily and there are so many choices. I will definitely continue my patronage.

The service here was amazing and the soup tasted homemade. I visited here when it wasn’t too packed and the line was shorter. The employees at the counter were nice and even gave samples of soup for customers to try (upon request) before buying. The soup was fresh and of a reasonable price. This place is one of Monroe’s hidden gems in a small plaza where the locals enjoy some soup, especially in cooler weather.
