Timeless Design and Jewelry

2 years ago I lost my wedding ring and have never found a ring I loved like it. So we went to Timeless with pictures and asked them to remake it. The price Brent quoted was well under what we had been told by another jeweler, and we decided to also upgrade the size of the diamonds. We picked it up yesterday and I'm very pleased with the results! I have my wedding ring back! The one thing we wish could have been better was communication with the progress of the ring. However, Brent was great at making it right and with that, I would recommend Timeless for sure! Thank you so much!!

This place is incredible, I went to countless jewelry stores because I had a very specific ring I wanted to buy, if you are like me it is very hard to go into a ring store and can be very formal and often times very intimidating. This staff was the exact opposite, super chill and super helpful, they also saw my vision of what I wanted and did exactly that. They are also far cheeper then every other store I went to and I promise I went to every store, so I hope you just save your time and go here, they won’t disappoint

I brought in my 100 year old wedding ring hoping they could repair the broken band. My ring is a beautiful, delicate, art deco design. Brent did an amazing job replacing the bottom half of my ring. I've no doubt it will easily last another 100 years so I can pass down to my family. I can confidently recommend Timeless to anyone needing extra care and attention to heirloom pieces. Everyone I met who was working at timeless was very friendly and helpful. Happy to say I now have a go to for any jewelry needs.

I’ve now used timeless for my wife’s engagement ring and wedding band as well as a chain for myself. Highly recommend them. I’ve worked with Brent the most but everyone that I’ve worked with has been great. Friendly staff and extremely reasonable prices. I’d recommend them for anyone in the market for jewelry.

I’ve had several custom pieces made here now including small hoops and jewels set for earrings. For prices similar to off the shelf elsewhere I’m getting exactly what I want. For me it’s a dream because I would hop store to store and never find what I have in mind, and now I can just have it made here!

Had a ring repaired here and service was quick and well priced. Store is also well set up and I will certainly return. For those who remember Charlie Hafen who was a fantastic custom jewelers back in the day I think these guys have taken his place in SLC which is not easy. Well done!

This has become my “GoTo” jewelry store for repairs and jewelry. I have some old pieces of jewelry from my mom that have needed repairs recently due to their age (loose prongs resulting in lost diamonds), as well as broken chains due to my own carelessness. Timeless Design and Jewelry repaired my items with a fairly quick turnaround, even in December, and charged me a fair price. I find them to be honest, trustworthy and reliable.

Fine jewelry is a bit of a passion of mine. I got two rings re-sized and a chain shortened. Brent at Timeless Design and Jewelry took the time to hear me, see me, and help solve issues with my pieces. His team was very smart and helpful. He has a staff of both wonderful men and *!women who do some of the modification work! Brent does the custom pieces and I heard he's quite good. I'll use him for a custom earring in the future.

I had worked with other jewelers in town, and honestly have liked Brent the best so far. I would recommend this spot over anywhere else, to anyone in central, downtown SLC.

Brent is amazing at creating exactly what you want, when you want it. Several times now I’ve come in with only a vague idea of what I want to do for my wife, and Brent is so helpful helping me put the idea together, and keeping within budget. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Had a great experience! Since it was my first time purchasing an engagement ring I didn’t know where to start, I did a ton of research and talked with at least 15 different Jewlers and decided on Timeless Design. They walked me through the the entire process from start to finish. Unfortunately I got the size wrong and they had to size it down a bit, but they got the ring done in a day. The ring looks amazing and I’m so grateful to have had such a welcoming experience in this generally stressful venture. Thank you!

The attention to detail is amazing! What a great jeweler. I’ve also had repairs done here which were exceptional. Great all around place that everyone should visit!

All of the staff was so helpful and personable! Brent walked my fiancé and me though the process of choosing the best diamond that met our desired specifications. He helped me try several different band options to find what I liked and talked about what I should look for when choosing a wedding band. I ended up getting the ring resized twice after it was finished since my fiancé and I didn’t measure my exact size before getting it made. They resized it for me both times in a matter of minutes without charging me extra! Would highly recommend choosing an engagement ring here!

We went in to have a heirloom wedding ring re-sized. The customer service and professionalism was amazing. Their attention to detail was so reassuring. The ring was done within a week and it is gorgeous. We had shopped around at a couple local jewelers and had the best experience here. Will we will be returning customers.
