My husband and I were referred to this range. We went today, it was great! All of our questions were answered we didn’t feel rushed, we were given tips on how to shoot with better accuracy. I won’t lie it’s the first time I did so well! I love the idea of scheduling our time. It is in a convenient location and the staff were amazing!

Very cool spot. Small selection of pistols and long guns available but the range was very cool. They converted a shipping container into a 2 stall range. Features a state of the art target and rail system with many different programs setting for shoot-don’t-shoot scenarios. Makes for a more dynamic training day. Will definitely be back!

I was in there today to pick up my New Canik TTI Combat. Surprised they were able a get it for me at a great price. Excellent customer services. Staffs were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Tre and Darin at The Tactical Boutique were both very knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service was top tier. Good selection of products. If it is not in the store check out the website. They can get your products in quickly. All around was a great experience doing business with them.

Talked to Tre today at tactical boutique very nice guy answered all my questions even recommended me a few firearms that would be good fit for a beginner. Also broke it down for me the different costs so I can get better idea of how much this will cost

I initially discovered this amazing gun boutique by way of its Manager (David) who was constantly a phenomenal ambassador for the services. I choose to visit and from there it was evident that the customer service, knowledge of inventory, and professionalism was spectacular. The staff (Jodie, Trevor, Sam amd David) are very patient and intentional when dealing with each customer and their needs I initially signed up for the 2nd tier membership amd quickly realized that I made a great decision at this boutique. The range is constantly keep clean and functional. The instructors are patient and humble when ensuring all members are in direct alignment to gun safety.
I was then was informed about tactical gun classes with David and their draw from holster class with Jodie. Jodie was very knowledgeable and helpful when teaching and ensuring I as a student was safe and competent in my execution of the techniques.
As far as the tactical gun classes with David, they are extremely well instructed and critical in my needs as a licensed gun owner. His proficiency in handling firearms, acute attention to gun safety, and patience in teaching the proper methods is stellar. The sessions allow me as a student to build on skill sets and techniques each time I book a class. The real life scenarios that are presented give me the opportunity to understand how to pay attention to fundamentals and basics if a situation presented itself.
Lastly they have a inventory that can fit the needs of any licensed gun owner, and the staff have a vast amount of knowledge of all the specs of their inventory.

Darin and Tre are awesome to work with. If they don’t have it in the store they will get it to you quick. Not to mention two of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet when going out and selecting firearms.

This place is so cool, they have good prices on stuff people want.

I was greeted by Darin, first off awesome atmosphere when entering, they were all ears when I mentioned that I’m partial deaf. Darin was very patience with me and explained what guns is suitable for concealed carry. He asked me simple questions where I can easily think of my goals for EDC. Took me the range and spoke to me of my considerations of guns. I personally like small amount of people or less people to able understand one person at a time. I’ll definitely come back, if I ever need an advice. Thank you again 💪🏽

Awesome place with friendly staff. Despite me being a whole hour away from this place, this was worth a visit to me. The biggest thing I love the most are the raffles they do every month which no other gun store I've visited does and I've been traveling this state as west as Monroe, as north as Hartford, and as East as Montville.

Great customer service. Website actually reflects inventory. Accommodating to new and experienced shooters.

The 5-star rating hardly does this place justice - I had a 100/100 experience yesterday picking up my first pistol. David and Tre were incredibly helpful, knowledgable, friendly, and created a comfortable environment. For a relatively small shop, they have tons of options for weapons and gear. I came in having done some research about what I wanted, but there was nothing like getting advice straight from David who really knows his stuff, as well as Tre who, while up-front about the fact that he was still learning a lot too, had a lot of useful add-ons as well.

I also got to go out back to the converted-trailer-range thing they've got going on, which was fantastic. I got to fire the rental versions of the exact two guns I was considering, which greatly impacted my decision (I'm guessing they don't have rentable versions of everything on the floor, but I was looking at very commonly-purchased models).

Don't be like me and almost slip on the gravel at the bottom of the ramp because you're fast-walking/half-jogging down from the range and back to the shop in a hurry to grab the paper target that you forgot. It would have been completely on me if I had ate it on the slip, but a heads up because why not.

David further helped me select some other basics and accessories; holster, cleaning kit, ammunition, etc. to set me up properly, and was kind enough to answer all of my questions. Tre was very thourough with the paperwork process and contacting the State police to verify me right before completing the purchase. The whole vibe was professional yet casual, and very smooth overall.

Some other guys walked in while I was checking out, some members came to check-in and go shoot out back, and the whole atomosphere was everything I could have wanted in a first gun-store experience.

Tactical Boutique is the best hands down. Their customer service is top notch. They always pick up the phone and reply to emails about anything you need. Darin, the owner, is a great guy, and you can tell he really cares about his business, employee's and customer's. I tell all my friends about this place. Check them out for your next purchase, you won't be disappointed

I'm a first-time gun buyer, and went to The Tactical Boutique. David, the store manager, was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful! He explained everything clearly and showed me various firearms of the type I was looking for. He helped me with understanding the attributes of each gun that helped with my final decision. On top of that, right after I purchased the gun, he guided me through loading it, then brought me to the gun-range to give me the immediate opportunity to shoot my new gun. This was enormously helpful since he was there to immediately correct and improve my grip. When I returned a couple weeks later, David guided me through installation of a new Holosun Optic and for free adjusted/proved it on the gun range and also helped me with installation of a tac light. Amazing store, friendly staff, and an invested owner. Awesome little gun store with a focus of self defense and protection, the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and understanding. FFL transfers through them are also top notch, and on top of that the owner is really invested and cares about the customer, Darin is extremely helpful and is probably one of the best gun shop owners I have met. Came for an FFL transfer and my needs were met.

Being a lady, it is difficult to feel comfortable in gun shops and ranges. Just the way it is! Tactical has been a great fit for the location and comfortable environment.

That being said, Cody is the best. Easily my favorite person to work with there.

He is incredibly professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Both my husband and I are members and I can tell you we stuck with it largely due to working with him. He truly listens, understands the needs of the customer, and does his best to find the right solution.

Out of everyone we have dealt with, he goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and respected. I hope you find more like him!

I'm not a novice, but far from a pro, and as such, I've had experiences with other shops where dealers talk down to me. Not these guys. They were probably the best I've ever dealt with! Patient, but not condescending, and willing to let me find the weapon best suited for me, not the piece they'd most like to sell. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
