Our server Julia was phenomenal. She took great care of us always checked in and had great conversation. She was so attentive and recommended the best meal. The drinks were watered down.

First time there, great experience! Food was delicious, they had great special fall cocktail options, the fall sangria was amazing! Ahi tuna was cooked perfectly served with wasabi dressing, prime rib was tender and cooked perfectly with seasoned vegetables. Tables were spaced nicely so didn’t feel crowded at all - Covid safe feeling. We will definitely visit again.

If you are looking a really good meal in Trumbull this is it. The place was tucked away and would never have found it or noticed it if it wasn’t for google maps but great find.

The appetizers were good we good the asparagus wrapped prosciutto and fries. I had the filet which was a bit pricey but the portion for a filet was huge and wasn’t just size but quality very tasty meat cooked perfectly. Oh man the desert, we couldn’t decide because they had my three favorite peanut butter pie, key lime pie, and COOKIES. The cookies were fantastic, so simple I wish other places just offered this simple desert treat.

The atmosphere was perfect, not to quiet or load and nicely themed. The service was perfect as we didn’t even realize they were there and were able to just enjoy.

Highly recommend Parker for your next night out.

Great food, great presentation, great staff. Not just steak and scotch, but, well, that's what I got. Better than expected for Trumbull center, but not as intimate as I was looking for. Bar section and dining room. The picture is the 40oz porterhouse off the bone with A1 butter on the side, rare. Designed for two, eaten by one. :)

Food is consistently good!!! Went for late lunch, staff attentive and festive atmosphere! Turkey club and o-rings were fabulous! Tacos with seared tuna were cooked perfectly. 😊

Good place for a nice dinner. Space was a tight fit and the rooms are loud. However, the steaks are well worth the price and service was excellent.

Great first experience! I will definitely be a returning customer. The food great, staff friendly and atmosphere so cozy and warm. I just moved near by and my Dad is in town helping me and after looking for food in the area, this place seemed to have the variety and quality that we always seek in a establishment. Our expectations were exceeded. I had the french dip and my dad the bbq ribs both were excellent along with the delicious bread and hummus we thought was butter... lol but overall 10/10 if you have not tried this restaurant, you will not be disappointed if you do! I will be a frequent returning customer and think I found my new local hangout spot!

Their filet tips are out of this world, highly recommended. There is a dining area on one side and a bar on the other.

Parker gets it right. My favorite spot to have a nice meal out with friends, we come here quite often. I started doing takeout from here as well, and you’d be hard pressed to find a better burger in a box. Their menu is short, but far reaching with something for everyone.

Love this place. It’s around the corner from our house and we try to eat here once a month. The scallops special is delicious. As are most items in the menu.

The staff is also very friendly and it’s a very chill atmosphere! The bar scene is also a lot of fun.

This place has friendly staff, good beer selection, great little apps and a clean environment. I’m never disappointed when I come here. Jessica at the bar is a standout employee. Y’all are great!

Their food is delicious and their filet mignon is mouth watering. This is the first time we went to eat on site (all other orders were take out prior to being vaccinated) and the staff was very friendly and our waitress, Breanna, was attentive and accommodating. Will definitely come back!

Where to start!! The food is absolutely incredible along with fairly priced! The craft beers on tap they keep are top notch! This is a place of your trying to have a great time and ha e great food you need to visit! NOW lets talk about the service ! First off there is no pen or paper they remember everything you order and deliver with excellence! But if you are really trying to get top notch service you need to sit your self at the bar and ask for Anthony he is the manager and bartender and his worth ethic and talent explains it all!! Can't wait to get back there looking like I will be a Proud regular! :)

The steaks were perfectly made. Prices were reasonable. Bar was quiet and you could have a nice conversation with your partner. Service was good too.

Nice variety, they serve much more than steak. They make a great tuna tartare. Everything I have tried so far has been delicious. The bar is perfect for grabbing a snack and watching a game. The bar tender is top notch. Plenty of parking.

Excellent short rib! Tins of flavor!!

Short ribs are great. We enjoyed our meals and a delish coconut carrot cake . My wife had a hamburger that she enjoyed. The pear salad has walnuts that are way too spicy for me but I have low tolerance for hot spices. Our bill with coffee, tea and a 20% tip was $88.

In addition to the food being amazing, the service was lovely. our server Mathew was very kind and made sure all of our dishes were exactly as we wanted. A definite return.

One of our favorite places! Jess is wonderful, and the reason many of us continue to patronize this Parker location!!

Stopped here after going for a walk and had clams in broth for happy hour
