Rotary Drug

Went here to pick up a few over the counter meds and get my Covid and flu shot. The staff is very friendly and great prices. I had a great experience and will be coming back for all my vaccines.

I have been using Rotary Drug for over 15 years and they are by far the best around. Everyone there works super hard and go above and beyond for me and will for you too - that's just the way they do business.
I could use one of the many, many pharmacies in every store on every block and be treated like a number or I could use Rotary Drug where they not only know me by name, but they also know my medications and history. Give them a shot - I promise you will not be disappointed! Super team - super pharmacy!

It's a nice Mom & Pop Pharmacy that's quick. You can bring in an RX & wait NO more than 10 minutes. Plus, they have nice things to look at. Regular Shopping needs are more pricey, but they have lovely trinket gifts and a surgery supply area. They're more expensive for Prescriptions if you're Self Pay or have a Deductible.

Karen in the medical equipment and supplies is very helpful and kind My first experience and the driver was excellent too. Very happy for their kindness it's a breath of fresh air. Be proud of them.

My grandfather was visiting and I needed a specific medical supply. I called every pharmacy and medical supply store in CT and part of NY with no luck. I was told by Mike at Milford Hospital to contact them. I called and spoke with Juan (he was amazing) and they had what I needed. I was amazed at how many items they had in the store, they carry everything you can think of. I would highly recommend Rotary Drug. If you need help ask for Juan, he is extremely attentive and you can tell he cares about his job.

I switched from Walgreens three months ago, and couldn't be happier. The staff is incredibly friendly, tells you information without needing to ask, and answers all questions accurately. Meds are always on time, haven't had the slightest problem with them. Plus, they actually do try to help you save money by offering coupons when they can. I received a $5 coupon at Christmas, hand written card. I love this place, and other than a pharmacy they have so many items you could actually go shopping there. I won't change back - Walgreens SUCKS compared to these guys!

Customer service will keep me coming back. You ask a question and if employee can't answer it they have the pharmacist talk to you. Very friendly place and you don't feel like your an annoyance. Very eager to help. Beats going to larger chains.

I transferred my prescriptions here from CVS when I didn't have insurance and they gave me a cash price of about $20 dollars cheaper.

This local gem has done some changing in a few years and they are doing well with the process. We have used and trusted them for over 17 years.

Much better place to go than the big chain drug stores. Always nice pharmacists.
