I saw Gail Swanson hygienist today to have my teeth clean. She was excellent very professional. She was thorough not only cleaning my teeth, but with soft tissue exam and periodontal exam. I had a great visit and will highly recommend . Thank You so much Gail, looking forward to see you again.

Dr. Dym and Dr, Cutler are the best! They make the Brownstone Clinic at Hartford Hospital stand above the rest!

I brought my son there because he had a horrible infection from a root canal done at another dentist. He was swollen in pain and had a fever. A very dangerous infection. They were diligent ,kind and proffessional. Saved his life. Great group of people.

Dentist did great work, but I know my mouth is infected I went back and the woman covering told me oh you just have food particles and mind you I didn't eat at all that day and I brushed my teeth
Later on that evening a piece of what I said oozed out my mouth and it smelled bad. So I don't think I will be visiting again to have my teeth pulled. And I'm still in pain from the procedure from last week.

Went there pre-cancer treatment. Worst dental experience of my 77 yr life. Waiting room is a joke. Its facility is worn out. They painfully pulled six teeth leaving me with no way to eat during cancer treatment.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a medical facility. I came in for a check up after an emergency surgery and ended up running out in tears. When I arrived I couldn’t find the entrance because there’s no signage in the confusing area of the building. They told me the wrong appointment time over the phone and kept referring to me as “early” even though they’re the ones that made a mistake. The receptionist even admitted to not being clear over the phone. I ended up waiting in the exam room for 45 minutes before someone came in. The person that came in did not know what I was there for and said something about an extraction when I was only there for a check up. That’s when I started to get upset. I expressed that I wanted to leave because I didn’t feel safe and that I was frustrated at the wait time. At that point the nurse came in and rudely said “I told you the surgeon was running late because of a surgery!” I responded that she had not told me that and she said “oh yeah maybe I told the other lady”. I would avoid this place at all costs. At best it’s very poorly run at worst it’s not safe. Even the equipment was old and dirty looking. The receptionist was nice and that’s the only good thing I have to say.

Not the best experience. The RD was rude and second guess the diagnosis of her student intern causing a delay on treatment, something that was supposed to be 1 hr turn into 8 hrs. No empathy towards patients. Clerical staff and nurses were excellent and really helpful.

The worst ever they never call they give you the wrong information that you need to bring I been sitting in the waiting room for 3 hrs and the list goes on it’s ridiculous now they can’t find my paperwork so I might have to come in a different day un freaking believable
