Godfather's Pizza

Really good pizza. Really pricey too. In the photo it’s shows it’s cut uneven but as long as I don’t have to get out my cutter and recut it I’m happy. Lots of cheese. Friendly people.
1 year later still 5 stars. Ordered on New Year’s Eve. Pizzas made well, even toppings and cheese and cut well. Can’t get that at the other pizza places consistently.

Great new location for Godfather's Pizza. If your familiar with the pizza it's perfectly cooked and a thick crust style pizza as I got the original and liked it as well. Definitely worth a try to see if you like this pizza chain (the price could be a considering factor but lots of variety if you go for the buffet option).

We dated at a Godfather (in Missouri) in 1984. Now we rarely find a Godfather’s Pizza anywhere.
Tonight’s Pizza was delicious. Brought back some great memories. We had the original crust with Pepperoni, Bacon Bits, Onion & Mushrooms.
Hope we can find another Godfather’s closer to home!

Godfather's Pizza is a fantastic pizza buffet. The pizza here is by far the best gourmet pizza I've had. Their dessert pies are excellent and tasty. All of their pizza were warm and fresh even at closing time.

Friendly service, quick service and even kept the pizzas stocked at closing time. They even made sure to ask attentive questions regarding our one year old so that he was taken care of.

I highly recommend others to eat here and I would come here again soon!

There were very few people in here. It was nice and quiet. They had football on so we watched the game as we ate. The staff was chill and food was great. Their Potato wedges were AMAZING! BEST I'VE EVER HAD AND SO CRISPY!!!!!!!

Wow I did not know this was hiding over it has been a long time since I had a pizza buffet and it's godfather's Pizza. Everybody should be coming over here and trying thisplace the food is really good it's really clean and the staff takes really good care of the buffet.

This was oue first visit. We missed the lunch buffet by 6 minutes...no matter...the gentleman who helped us was very nice and very accomodating. We received our drinks on the house and ordered some pizza for the family. We will return to try the buffet bc it looked like it would have been good and the price is right compared to other buffet places.

Fast, friendly, clean, well priced and delicious. What more do I want when I take my family out? I'll definitely be back. I miss dining in at a pizzeria like we used to do in the 80s. It seems that these guys are keeping that alive. Oh, and free sodas with dine in, that definitely went over very well with the kids. All together, I definitely recommend.

This place has good pizza and good people. I went in and ordered a small pepperoni pan pizza on the golden crust. It was delicious - and then the guy running it told me he was giving me a free second one to go because he didn't like how the pizza "looked bad" (it had some big bubbles).

I was fine with it, since the pizza tasted great and I don't mind bubbles. But he insisted, and he gave me a second pizza to go that looked and tasted perfect. I'm definitely going there again - not because of a free pizza, but because it was good pizza with good people working there who care about its quality a great deal.

I used to love Godfather's Pizza back in high school and I think it's still good! Great tasting pizza, the potato wedges had a lot for the price and were a great side. Good option for take out, easy to order online as a guest. Very nice staff. Idk that it would be all that exciting to eat there for dinner as far at atmosphere, lunch would be ok. I plan on getting the pepperoni next time, hopefully taste like i remember it, I bet it will be really good!

Excellent pizza for a great price. Managed to go when it wasn't very busy and the buffet was still fresh and pizza kept coming out. There was a large variety of food ranging from the tasty pizzas and the nice sides. The salad bar had a great assortment as well. The staff was kind and the atmosphere was very chill. I'd recommend this to people that are looking for a lot of tasty types of pizza with a group.

This place brings me back to when I lived in Tacoma Washington, on those rainy days when you just need something good and filling to eat and the sweet cinnamon streusel that practically brings you to tears every time. This place has the best pizza in Utah for a good price. You get what you pay for and the management is awesome! I have nothing but praise for this place. We need one in Layton!

Delicious pizza! We went for the dinner buffet and very much enjoyed it. We went with social distancing guidelines and they served everything fresh. There were many choices and delicious dessert pizza too. The crust is delicious and buttery, my favorite part by far. Prices are reasonable and worth it. I would recommend.

Was hard to find. Even with Google maps. But made it. Great customer service. Amazing pizza. Loaded. Was worth the money

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are comparable to other buffets. They are very accommodating and will make a custom pizza for the buffet if you request it. The food is great, they offer both thick and thin crust and great dessert pizzas. Their fried chicken is awesome. Though the salad bar is small it has a lot of good options. The dining area is very clean, & they make sure the tables cleared of used plates quickly. They were constantly keeping all areas clean and restocking the buffet.

So many restaurant chains change their menu items over time--remove one item; try a new item; switch to different ingredients; etc. Thankfully, Godfathers has bucked this trend. Their Classic Combo is a favorite pizza from my teen years, and decades later it is still just as great as always. Yes, they also serve other items such as wings and so on, but I feel that if you go to a Godfathers and you don't get a Classic Combo, you're doing it wrong.

I have to drive up from Utah County to eat here. It is well worth it. My only concern is how empty the dining room often is in these Covid times. It makes me feel like this place is hanging on by a thread. It certainly deserves to survive and thrive. I hope they remain here for many years to come.

The taco pizza was so unique and delicious! I have also been pleasantly surprised by their other pizzas. The salad bar and lunch buffet are closed for covid right now. All in all, a very good pizza joint. My one complaint is how weird it feels in the establishment. We were one of like two other groups there at the time and it was eerily quiet. Can't some music be turned on for background noise or something?

The only other pizza buffet around is pizza pie Cafe and this blows it out of the water. The pizza quality is way better, they have a better selection and a better salad bar. If I had one suggestion for management it would be consider adding a variety of pasta.

Another thing I definitely liked is the place was much more welcoming. It's not elbows to elbows crowded. This also allowed us to feel like we weren't being rushed out the door, which is a bonus with any meal.

The speed of service and attentiveness of the staff was great. Picked up a to go order for my neighbor and he shared his custom pizza with me and it was GREAT! Ive eaten their buffet there before as well and nothing but good things. I do wish it was a little bit cheaper but it was very tasty and filling.

It is a new location and the staff is still learning, but they were also very fun to talk to and eager to help make your experience there, a good one. The food was just as I remembered it. Awesome. We got take out and ordered it inside. While we waited for our pizzas to be ready, we noticed they not only have many pizzas available at the buffet, they also have a salad bar and hot bar, with fried chicken, pasta, meatballs, and different sides and sauces. I think my family and I will be eating there next time. The pizzas are thicker than most pizzas, because they are pizza "Pies". 2 slices and I was full. Lots of leftovers, and boy is this pizza good the next day. Higher prices than other pizzas but they also go farther as well. The buffet option sounds like a great deal, especially to be able to try the different kinds of pizza they offer, and please the whole family. We'll be back soon.
