Melissa is the best! She was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. We enjoyed a very clean, comfortable, and quiet stay. Even with the many other guests we did not experience a single problem.

Amazing staff on overnights, 2 gentleman an older man and a younger gentleman but both were equally amazing, made us feel comfortable and were so open and understanding of our male k9 who is a rescue and was abused horribly until he choose my wife and I but they totally understood him.

I really enjoyed my long stay there and loved ALL of the staff and my furbaby and myself felt very accepted and appreciated there. ❤ A really great place.

Do not overlook this hotel! Front desk went above and beyond to make sure my family had a comfortable stay. Thank you Kierstin!
Clean rooms are always a plus!

Close to the airport at a reasonable price! My room was equipped with fridge and microwave and there were frozen foods available for sale in the lobby. The staff are friendly and good at their jobs and the rooms were clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are clean, not really up to date with the deco, but it cleanliness is flawless and it is so affordable, I don't mind the look. Gives it a retro charm!
We always take the room with the spa bath so we can relax, enjoy our wine. Bath is also always clean, toiletries too.
Pool is kept at a nice temperature, continental breakfast is as described.
Would recommend, would come back.
I'm not high maintenance and I'm careful with my budget, and this place suits me fine!

The location and the hotel staff was 5 stars. I have 2 dogs after being put on the 3rd floor room near the elevator it did not work. My dogs went nuts at hearing the elevator open.So I informed Amy of the issue She moved me to another room. No fuss just really was accommodating. The 2nd, 3rd floor rooms are awesome with a balcony. All the rooms are huge!! I was moved to 1st floor window opens and it is a big window. Very airy. I would suggest rid the rooms of carpet. They retain odor . Breakfast was delightful. Overall I was happy with the stay. See you in the near future!

Went here for 2 nights with a friend for an event nearby. Very clean. Nice enough staff. Beds not too soft or too firm.

I have cilliacs disease so I can't have most breakfast foods that hotels provide, but they had a few options I could eat, like fruit and yogurt.

When I come back for additional events I'll stay here again!

The location is right off the highway and great for staying overnight on the way to/from Canada. The front desk guy was really nice and professional. He answered all my questions before I could ask them, and check-in was pretty quick. The room was clean and nice, especially for how cheap it was. The mini fridge was definitely cold unlike some hotels with really old fridges. (We kept our chicken tendies in there overnight and they kept well.) Only complaint is that the tub was a little creaky/loud when shifting your weight in the shower. There was a dog in another room that barked a lot, but it didn't disturb enough to stop us from sleeping. The pool looked nice, and they serve breakfast in the mornings, but we didn't have time to take advantage of either of these, unfortunately. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed the night here while in town for a hockey tournament. Service was great. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. We were intelligent concerned the pool was so small done that was one reason we picked this hotel, but it didn't seem to matter. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel itself is great, pool is warm and clean, but most of all, the staff is excellent and very welcoming.

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff, knowledgeable of the area and able to help with questions you have. Loved the rooms with the loft, very homey. Great cable TV and WiFi. Would stay there again!!

My home away from home when I puck up my daughter oak attend functions at St. Michael's College. It's not a fancy hotel. It's newly renovated. The rooms that I have been in are clean and fresh smelling. The staff is always great. The views are of St. Mike's in front and the parking lot and a slight view of an individual part of the Winooski River. The breakfast is not bad. Though limited the baked goods are good. If the have an egg offering, avoid it!

I love this place. They are si friendly and helpful. I had a family emergency and they were amazingly supportive. Nit that i didnt expect good treatment because i do. But i was so pleased to have a smile when i passed through the lobby. It allowed me ti feel safe. Back home today! But lover our stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The bed was heaven i slept like a baby the 4 hrs i had to sleep.

Absolutely love the staff they always had a great attitude and went out of their way to help with things they didn't have too,Bed was big and comfortable very clean and housekeeping was sweet hearts couldn't have had a better stay.

Nice people who really seem to genuinely want guests to enjoy their stay here. I grew up nearby. And this hotel is definitely simpatico with the kindess we are known for.

Went for a 1 night getaway to explore the Burlington and surrounding areas. We were very happy with this hotel and our room. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean, balcony felt a little small but hey its still a balcony!! Breakfast was standard for most budget chain hotels. I was happy to wake up, grab a coffee and quick bite. For only $100 a night, it was excatly what we needed and exceeded our expectations! Very close to Burlington Downtown and South Burlington. We most definitely stay at this hotel again in the future!

I think this place is a great place,for the price there is a beautiful pool inside which Costs $5.00 for the day to swim.
The housekeepers do a great job and the Maintenance also does a great job.The Breakfast is also a great in the morning. Bottom line You will be happy when you leave.

First smoke free hotel that I have ever visited, and let me tell you-there wasn't even a hint of smoke anywhere in the place. Room was clean, neat, and comfortable. Staff was friendly-we even decided to stag another night. The indoor pool was located right inside the lobby, and eventho we didnt get a chance to take a dip, looked like the families that were inside were enjoying themselves. Literally a 10 minute drive to Burlington, which is what we wanted-somewhere that was convenient, and wasn't going to cost us and arm and a leg for the night. When we come back to VT, i will definitely be staying here again.

Staff top notch and oh so friendly... They could teach our Plattsburgh people manners.. The room was very clean, breakfast was good.. Not a bad thing to say about our stay... Will definitely be staying again..
