Ashley's is the only jewelry store that I go to, for more than one reason. Firstly, they only sell quality gems unlike some chain-like jewelry shops, so you can feel secure that you have purchased items of value. Secondly, I love their selections - from "every day" inexpensive items, to their special custom made items. You can be sure to get something in your price range, no matter what the occasion is (or even for yourself). Thirdly, and most importantly, no matter when I have visited, I am always greeted warmly and feel like I'm their best customer - and I'm sure others who visit feel the same. We are all their "best" customer and isn't that the best reason for frequenting any business? You feel like you matter.

Kerry and his staff are absolutely amazing to work with. My fiance had nothing but good things to say about his experience purchasing my engagement ring at Ashley's. He was definitely anxious about the process but Kerry and the whole Ashley's team made him feel at ease. He was able to trust their guidance and opinions completely. We highly recommend Ashley's and will be back soon to purchase our wedding bands!

Great selection an even better customer service. I wanted to buy my pregnant wife something for Mother's Day and I wanted to get it personalized because just few days before Mothers day we found out what the gender is. Anyways, they stayed way, way past their closing time to make sure that they got it done. Great people, will be always be my first choice for any jewelry needs.

Customer Service Amid the Pandemic

Thank you to Ashley's Jewelry for arranging a private, safe, and efficient meeting during the pandemic. I needed to pick up my wedding band during the isolation, and they worked with me to make it happen. As a plus, they had sized the ring perfectly! It's a gold chevron band with a deep V.

Absolutely amazing people that will make you happy you stopped in, each and every time. The experience is top notch and you will never feel pressured or rushed. They take the time that others do not. If I could give them extra stars I would.
