Hungry Tiger Cafe & Restaurant

Visited this local pub on a Tuesday afternoon and was greeted with the perfect Jack and Cokes. Opted for the Jumbalaya, which was offered in a friendly small bowl option - a choice I later regretted not going big on due to its addictive mix of rice, shrimp, chicken, and andouille sausage. Though a "small," it was generously portioned. Still had room for their out-of-this-world chili, confirming these chefs truly excel. The atmosphere was elevated by classic rock tunes, providing a serene backdrop for relaxation and meditation. Their supreme nachos, enjoyed during a Grateful Dead cover band, sealed the deal on this place's mellow vibe. It's officially my go-to spot for fantastic food and a chill atmosphere. Can't recommend it enough!

Great place. The vibe and welcoming people made the place feels like home. I only rate the food 3 (because it tasted excellent, very well seasoned and cooked to perfection) due to locals in town telling me the foods cleanliness and freshness wasn't up to standards. This did alter my opinion after the fact.

Andrea was phenomenal (and gorgeous). If she wasn't married, I'd ask her to stay up late while I skip work and continue to make degenerate decisions. Heck, it's 440am, and I work at 630am. i liked my night at the Tiger, and i'll surely be returning!

Awesome Food and Entertainment, I love going to the Open Mic for Comedians with Host Matt Heath on 2nd & 4th Tuesdays, I've grace the stage twice and look forward to attending again, Great Safe environment to hang out at for fun and laughter.

When you come to man's chest hair this is the place to be best bar by far. If the house is a rockin don't come a knockin cause no one will hear you just walk right in and get down to business. The tiger is hungry so you better feed it

One of my favorite Pubs! Was here to cheer on the runners at the 83rd annual Manchester Road Race. Place was packed and everybody was enjoying the morning. Great place to see bands.

Dope bar live music was jammin felt like a lil rock concert right in Manchester

Our bartender was fantastic! She was so kind and courteous, and also sang karaoke with us on Sunday night! A wonderful place with friendly people!

The Manhatten sandwich with thier onion rings was absolutely amazing! I knew the food was going to be amazing when I tried the pickles on the side and was blown away by how punchy (the garlic bite) and crunchy they were.

The music at the parking lot paito for $5 cover was nice enough for the atmosphere for the Saturday night by the bar. Clean bathrooms and we'll stocked with soap and tp.

Definitely worth going to only regret was not coming here earlier in life.

I have visited this place 3 or 4 times to see the tribute band Aberdeen's Ashes ( phenomenal grunge alternative rock band). I always have dinner there. The boneless wings/ chicken tenders ( with sauce) was the best thing I have had in a long time. Tasty and cooked to perfection. The waitress that usually works Friday nights is extremely friendly and fun. Looking forward to seeing the band Aberdeen's Ashes there again and again, and having the chicken tenders. They were so tasty, I took an order to go on my last visit.

Don’t come here for food. Live music and cheap beer are what this place is all about and they are the best around for a low key local dive bar that’s super consistent.

Go somewhere nice for dinner and then hit up Hungry Tiger for a night cap and some classic rock live music and friendly crowds.

I heard The hungry tiger has one of the best open mic nights in town. I love the atmosphere and the food .
Their burgers and chili are delicious.
I love Open mic night which is every Tuesday night. The comics are hilarious and it’s free to watch the show. They have headliners almost every week. I highly recommend this place.

Awesome live music on the right nights, people are nice and the service is friendly... Come check it out for yourself... 5 stars from me.

Hungry Tiger is THE live music staple of Manchester. The summer patio rocks! Great selection of drinks. They sell pitchers which is rare nowadays. Everyone goes for the bar, cool atmosphere, and entertainment (not the food which I suspect is the reason it’s only 4 and not 5 stars). 3 stars overall on Yelp is totally unfair to this place. I especially like the Sunday Kareoke Night! Very friendly crowd and you don't have to wait long for a song!! Great Move Hungry Tiger!!!

I recently visited for the second time (1st time was after the Manchester Road Race). I came to hear a favorite band and arrived about 45 mins early. I was pleasantly surprised with the opening band. The place was very busy with people of various ages. It gives the vibe of a townie bar; but, they seem to tolerate outsiders well enough. The bartender was attentive and I was happy with the service.
