Apple Cinemas Luxury Dine In & Sports Bar

For a first time visiting this theater, I can definitely say it was bigger than I anticipated.

It was a bit crowded due to the premiere of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-verse, but that aside, the concessions lines moved at a decent pace.

The auditorium itself was very roomy and had fancy recliner seats. I'll definitely be back to try out the bar.

Great theater. Totally bummed out that it closed down. It was such an ease to get to if you lived downtown. The restaurants nearby made it good for day/night out with the kiddos, spouse, or a new love. I hope another theater/movie company buys the spot. It really is a great venue to have downtown.

One of the best places to go. They have one of the best happy hours downtown. It's a place where I've made many work memories. My family also rented a theater once and it was an unbelievable experience! You can order food to your seats, have a safe space for just you and your party, and enjoy a movie with people you love.

Nice theater. Cozy, but not cramped. The food is great! The lines for concession can get pretty long so it's best to order your ticket and popcorn/drinks online. You'll still have to wait in line for hot food but, you can ask for the QR code for online ordering to save time. Either way, give yourself ample amout of time to ensure you dont miss some of your movie. :)

The seats recline and although the theaters are small, they have ample amout of spacing between the rows so no one is right on top of anyone. Hope you enjoy!

The seats are spacious and very comfortable, allowing me to recline if I so choose. The attendant at the popcorn and Candy stand was polite, outgoing, friendly, and very helpful. We all know movie popcorn or just concessions are expensive. But who can not attend a movie without that delicious buttery popped popcorn in the huge tub, alongside a 40 oz carbonated caramelized soft drink. That's what going to the movies is all about, the actual movie you go to see and the concessions you eat. Black Adam was a good movie it had a few dead spots is most movies do, the most spectacular part is after the credits roll, so don't walk out before you see what occurs after the credits. I will not give it away for part of the movie going experience is seeing the entire movie including the credits. So Apple Cinemas on Front Street is clean, welcoming, and enjoyable experience to have. They also offer a full bar, and a delectable , comprehensive food menu.

If you thought you were going to find a regular theatre here, think again.
Whether you are looking to catch a movie, grab a quick bite to eat, or have a drink and watch the game, this is your spot!
Clean, full of friendly/helpful staff, a real kitchen (great burgers!), a full bar...more than I ever knew I wanted at a movie theatre! Oh, and they have the fancy comfortable recliners, too. We will definitely be back soon!

This place is great!,the seats are comfortable and they serve food to your seat in theater!!! Great service nice people. My only gripe is...if your a big guy like myself the swing tray to your seat sticks out a little. Besides that I'd recommend it. So get off of them streaming devices y'all and do something nice in person.

Even given that they are short staff, you van tell that the staff that are there truly care about the venue and work to provide a great experience. It is a pleasure working with Kevin when I recently rented for a private event. They cleaned quickly and worked tirelessly to deliver food quietly throughout the fundraising event. Kudos!

Great atmosphere, service and location. It's never empty nor is it ever too crowded...it's just right. One of the best theaters in CT. Highly recommend.

Staff is awesome and the place checks all the boxes. It's clean, has affordable drinks and food, and it's quality. It's a great spot to catch the game with a few friends, it's not just a movie theater. Kevin is THE MAN and I wish everyone at Apple Cinema the best.

I was going to buy a small popcorn, but they really sold me on the upgrade to the Black Panther buckets. New seats are very comfy, and the ability to order food to my seat is incredible. Will be returning

The best theater in town for a date night. Has a restaurant with good food and excellent bartenders. Can bring your food and drinks into the theater to enjoy a movie. Comfortable seats. The staff is always courteous and friendly as well. My husband and I love going here and will continue to be repeat customers.

The staff is amazing! The bartender is top notch, and the servers were lovely. It was a busy night & there was a computer glitch, so our order never made it to the kitchen. When they caught the mistake, the manager went above & beyond to try & set things right- even made our orders himself, and comped us a drink from the bar!

Help 3 young Individuals Watch a Movie because they didn't have enough... Management Was Great and Very Understanding.. Kids Have No Fault Of Their Financial Upbringing. The theaters are small, but the seats are comfortable. Your can bring your beer in and your food as well. It's a great place to watch football on Monday nights! So fun to go for the games. They (I think ESPN radio) do takes at half time! Free to get in for football, and drink specials. Very fun indeed.

Went to go see Venom today. Was able to order tickets online along with food. When we got there the machine had some issues scanning the bar code off our email but we were able to be helped by the staff member at the consessions counter.

We ordered the chicken quesidilla, hot dogs. The soft pretzels, and some churoos. The food was all fantastic and well worth the cost.

Theater was clean and in good condition. Seats were very comfortable. I will be returning to see movies here in the future.

Went to see a movie with my wife and 2 kids and always try to go to this theater. It’s clean and seats are comfy. Joe who must be a manager because he is always there was at the ticket counter and couldn’t be nicer. We needed an extra cup and extra bag to split the popcorn and he didn’t skip a beat and was as helpful as can be. Always try to and will always continue to drive the extra 10 minutes to come to this theater.

I had a wonderful time today seeing Black Panther. My friend and I sat for drinks before the movie and the bartender was very attentive and nice, even with other patrons being rude. The food was very good and I loved having different choices besides the average movie theater food. I could see the manager helping out the staff through a busy line which is always great to see.

The food was decent. A little salty, but what do you expect? The seats were great. Theater was clean. Bartender could learn the beers but was friendly about it.
