Maple Tree Cafe

Maple Tree Cafe is such a wonderful place. I had my baby shower there yesterday and it was such a lovely experience from the beginning to the end.
The food and service were fantastic; our server was absolutely amazing, she made sure that everything was perfect.
The room was a perfect size to fit all the guests (30). I highly recommend.

Very pleasant outdoor seating. The food was delicious. Jumbo pretzel, onion rings, pizza, sandwiches and salad. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Reasonable prices.

Today I visited the maple tree. Upon entering I was greeted by a bar keep who politely asked me what I was drinking. I started with a water and browsed the menu. Since pretzels are my favorite snack, I decided to try it out, and underestimated the size of the JUMBO pretzel. It came with a solid portion of cheese and honey mustard. Deliciously buttered and salted. I washed it down with a margarita made with espolon, my favorite cocktail. A peaceful environment, quiet on a Tuesday afternoon, which is expected. Although I didn’t sit outside, The Maple Tree definitely has expansive outdoor seating. Thanks for having me!

Awesome place! Went for lunch while visiting Simsbury. The service and food was top knotch for a very reasonable price. Perfect local spot. Good spread of beer available including local breweries. Will go back and eat here again!!!

First time here at the Maple Tree Cafe!
Walked in on a Saturday afternoon sat at the bar, within seconds, the most friendly and knowledgeable bartender came over to us and greeted us with a big smile! Welcome he said, first time here he asked, let me give you some suggestions!! We had a couple of drinks and appetizers and a great time with all the friendly customers sitting at the bar!
You could tell they all knew the bartender very well!!! I believe his name was Kenny! Well he made my wife’s and my afternoon awesome and we plan to be back very soon! The apps were great as were the drinks, next time we plan to have dinner! What a nice afternoon we had!!! Thank you Kenny!!!!

Get the smoked mozzarella burger! Idk why it's not listed in google! Idk what happened with our fries tho. Regular fries were way to chewy and sweet potatoe fries were way to soggy. Otherwise tasted good!

What a wonderful local place. Lisa is super knowledgeable, hospitable and gives amazing service. The menu is revamped, so many eclectic options. It's the best restaurant if you're not sure what you're in the mood for and want to be pleasantly surprised.. The quality of food is super good. I am single and it's also a comfortable place to go by yourself. No one bothers you. In fact there are a couple little boothettes, perfect if you want to read your book or just be private. There's a regular, local crowd at the bar. They're friendly, cool, connected among one another. Wednesdays, open mic is awesome fun Avec Talent!!! This place is absolutely wonderful. Entertainment, food, service, price ..best in the area.. I'm a foodie -- and this is the best there is in the Simsbury / Granby area if you want to experience all the elements of a great dining experience. I should start a blog so I can prove it to you. I could. Maybe I will. Soon. 😀

Needed a quick lunch before a show and saw this place on line. Had less than an hour for lunch, sat at the bar and had great service and both meals were really really good! Extremely satisfied and wish we had more time to stay and relax. Will def go back next time we're in town!

Awesome outside patio! They have Sip of Sunshine on tap!! Bartenders and staff are great and try the fish n chips, Awesome!!!

Great place! Comfortable environment for everyone. Food menu is diverse and everything done well. Service is friendly and attentive. Fun Wednesday evening Open Mic entertainment. If you're in search of haute cuisine maybe this isn't your place but every we had was prepared with care, tasty, and delightful. Def not creepy bar food -- these people care about what they serve you.
Only been a couple times but we plan on going back regularly.
A neighborhood winner for sure.

Highly recommended for catering large parties. My wife and I recently threw a surprise event for my mother-in-law's retirement party. Food was outstanding, especially the fish and received rave reviews from everyone attending. They allowed us to display digital photos of the last 50 years on all of their flatscreens in their banquet hall, so we had family photos streaming around us the entire night. Bar is right around the corner for those that wanted specialty drinks and on top of it all, they had live music that night. Ryan and his staff catered to us at a very high level. Very pleased with the rates as a caveat to everything. Will be back again for another celebration soon!

Best wings in Connecticut IMO, and top 5 NY style pizza. Great staff, nice crowd. I can't recommend it enough.

I gotta chuckle when I hear people complain about the drink prices. How much would they charge if they ran the business?

I had a blast. I went with a friend. We spent $40 between us for 4 beers including a good tip for the bartender. I can ride a couple of 9% IPAs for several hours.

The band was great. I got lost in the music. There was a woman on the dance floor who danced with so much joy and so little self consciousness. It was pure magic the way she whirled around the floor. She was still that care free girl she was in High School.

So, $20 for 2 hours + of that...

Great local restaurant, a real sleeper. Did know they were even there.
Incredible food and service, you have to try the mac and cheese with seafood it is to die for.
Steaks are great as well.
Music on weekends, this place is the best.

Went for drinks with colleagues. The beer selection is good, but they need more stouts. Got wings to share with the group and they were good! Nice location and atmosphere.

Came here for drinks with coworkers. Lots of interesting beers. Full bar for any drink you can think of. Service was good. Can't wait to come back when it's warm and sit outside on the patio.

Place is great, bartender was friendly and quick! Recommend for a visit with friends.

Go for the jumbo pretzel, best we ever had. Stay for the Buffalo chicken wrap and citrus salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. Great service as well.
