Excellent customer service. They go out of their way to make sure their patients are taking care of. They are the only pharmacy in the valley that could get the medication I needed. They are kind and caring, always.

They are always expedient in filling my compound rx, and automatically ask me if I would like it delivered, for no extra cost. While I appreciated this service during covid, it was most important last winter because it was incredibly snowy and I was more or less housebound while on crutches and non weight bearing for 11 months. Greatly appreciated this as well as their knowledgeable and polite staff and quick service.

I have been with this pharmacy for over a decade. They are so knowledgeable, so willing to help you get things approved or even deliver, at no extra charge. So grateful they’re on my contracted pharmacy list for my insurance!

So happy South Valley was put back on my insurances network. I had to resort to Walgreens for a little, and that was miserable. The staff at South Valley are amazing. They are friendly, dont argue with you and try to play doctor, like Walgreens. Extremely fast at getting your prescriptions filled. As long as my insurance keeps them in network, I will continue to use them, even though they are out of my way now. I would give more stars if I could.

South Valley Compounding Pharmacy has “top shelf” service. The kindest and most knowledgeable people make up their team. They provide the best and fastest service and have prices that I have found are better than other pharmacies. They’ve gone above and beyond the standard of service many times for me and my family. We love this pharmacy! The drive-thru is so convenient. But what I like the most is the amazing customer service. I go there often to get my Moms prescriptions and I really appreciate a smiling happy face... especially Michelle! She is so sweet. We have used their delivery service a couple times, and it has been very helpful when we couldn't make it there for pick up. Thank you for the great service!

SO fast! No wait! Drove up to window without calling & they STILL filled within minutes! LOVE them! Great pricing too-yesterday my prescription was better priced than Good RX app could pick up anywhere! They are knowledgeable, professional & kind too! (Also great priced/fun items for kids inside & I found apple cider vinegar pills there that I was looking for & could no longer find anywhere else) So glad I found them!

Have used them to fill a few compounding prescriptions for sterile injectable medications for procedures on some of my patients, they have always been on-time and provide a courier service, which is very convenient.

This was an interesting little pharmacy. It's tucked away in a strip of storefronts and if it weren't for the "OPEN" sign in the bottom of one of the windows I probably would have assumed they went out of business. Once you are inside, though, it has a very small town feel with a few folks in the back working diligently. The lady that helped me, while having a smile that tended to make me forget whatever I was trying to say was also highly professional and knowledgeable. In Utah I'm used to very cute girls working the front desk, though you can tell immediately that this lady was there because of intelligence and ability, not because daddy owns the place. The gentleman that helped me was willing to take the time to explain the prescriptions and make sure that I understood them well. I've always gone to Smith's to fill my prescriptions and the change was nice. I'd highly recommend this pharmacy.

By far the most courteous, informed and responsive staff of any pharmacy I've dealt with in many years of prescriptions. I have not once called South Valley and heard their voicemail as some one is ready and willing to answer my questions every time. Pharmacists there were very knowledgeable about supplements and bio-identical hormones. From my experience they really take care of their patients as the pharmacist took my expensive prescription and spoke with my doctor's office to change the prescription to a more affordable price, I'll take a 40 dollar savings any day. I have gotten prescriptions cheaper compounded here than I've had with my pharmacy discount card. I attempted to pick up my compounded scripts the same day, my mistake, and they gave me a coupon for a discounted smoothie across the parking lot while I waited. Top shelf service; highly recommend. My son is on an immunosuppressant to keep him in remission with his kidney disease. They usually deliver this medication to us every 2 weeks on Monday. This weekend is Labor Day Weekend and they are closed Monday. First I got a call from a tech around 1 pm asking if I wanted to pick up early, I told her yes. Then my vehicle broke down and by the time I realized the time it was 5:50 and I was a ways away from the pharmacy.

Then I received a call today at 6:04pm they close at 6. They asked if I needed this medication and wanted to pick it up despite them already being closed. The pharmacist said he will be around for a while and waited for me to get there. I arrived around 6:40 pm. I am blown away and overwhelmed with gratitude that the staff went above and beyond to make sure my son had his medication, his life LITERALLY depends on it. Thank you is not enough. ❤

I love this pharmacy. Their customer service is superior to any other pharmacy I've tried. They always get my refills done amazingly quick. I'm usually in and out in five minutes flat. Great friendly service with quick delivery of prescriptions. And since I have Walmart and Walgreens service to compare to them I can honestly say to all who read this: these guys are awesome!

Best pharmacy I have been to. Staff is fast and friendly and the pharmacists are very knowledgeable. They are always willing to take time to educate as well. Definitely feels like the way pharmacies used to be where you were treated like a person instead of a number.

very FAST and personable friendly staff. I appreciate they get things done fast I rarely wait more than 15 min. They always will discuss different brands with me and alow me to select my preference. It's the small things that matter!

Love the staff! I left there with my prescription and before I got too far down the road, they called me and said they had given me an expired Rx, I quickly came back and they refunded me my $35 and gave me a Non-expired Rx free of charge! They are kind of far, but more then worth the drive!

These guys are the best! I have a compounding pharmacy right down the street for me I refuse to go to because they are so grumpy and unwilling to look into things for me. South valley has done so much for us. Wheather its making a certain kind of med from scratch cause I can't get the manufacturer to send or always being so prompt with the med my daughters life depends on they are always going above and beyond for others.
