Fairfield Inn by Marriott Burlington Williston

This location was a little difficult to spot from the road at night since it's set much lower than the road, and the dark signage isn't the best. Other than that, the service was great, and the small alcove with various coffees and teas was a great perk! Check-in and checkout was easy, and the lobby smelled wonderful! Also, the free breakfast was great, and the room was well-equipped and a nice, comfortable size.

It was a great experience. I was greeted by JOVON (or jovaughn). He assures me before i even got to the front if the line that my wait would be brief. Very professional, kind and we shared some laughs as well as talked about the happiness our families bring us and how hard it can be to spend time away from them. I can tell he enjoyed his job and was sincere about doing it...5 stars for this guy.

Favorite hotel on a really long trip simply because
1. the breakfast had multiple non-dairy milk options. Best coffees I'd had in over a week.
2. the sweetest staff (at all hours)!
3. 24/7 coffee and tea just off of the lobby.
4. a bathroom sink OUTSIDE of the actual bathroom. Thank you for letting us do our make-up in peace.

Amazing staff, very helpful and nice. They got us a room when we couldn't find anything in a 30 mile radius. Very clean room with plenty of anemities. Breakfast and 24/7 coffee and tea was included and pretty good.

Easy to miss at night but still a great location right off the highway with very little noise around.

Room was comfortable and clean. 25/7 coffee, tea, and hot chocolate was nice. Grab and go breakfast bags were okay - no hot breakfast items.

Really liked the rolling table/desk in the room. No tubs. Easy access to I-89.

Very comfortable and clean. My first impressions of the property were very good - the lobby and reception area are very inviting with a pleasant scent. Front desk staff were very friendly and our check in process was quick. The 24 access to complimentary coffee, tea, and cocoa off the lobby is very thoughtful and appreciated. Our room is spacious, clean, and updated. I like that they have those key card scanners that you just wave the card instead of inserting it into a slot. The beds are comfortable with squishy pillows and modern linens. Paul Mitchell toiletries are a nice touch! Loving the 24 hour fitness room and complementary breakfast!

This hotel was amazing. Very clean and staff was very kind and polite. Manager Frank went over and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. He was very personable and freindly. Breakfast was good also.

After an extremely stressful day at the airport with 2 kids, overnight Front Desk Agent Josh was outstanding! Our flight was cancelled in the middle of the night and this hotel, thanks to Josh, was the only local airport hotel we called that actually allowed us to make a reservation in the middle of the night, recommended a transportation company from the airport, and assisted with snacks after we were starving after everything was closed at the airport. He displayed world class service from the heart. Being a leader in the Hospitality industry for many years I was extremely impressed with his courtesy and professionalism. Please pass along our sincere appreciation to Josh and acknowledge him for a job well done!!

We travel for work alot. This is by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. It was filled with the nicest staff ever. The towels are always soft and fresh. The pool looks amazing. Best hotel ever really. I'll definitely stay there again.

The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the amenities great. There was no problem with the room being right next to and mostly behind the elevator as you couldn't hear a thing, but the ice machine right opposite our door was used almost every half-hour or so and made a terrible racket all night long and into the morning when we had to leave to catch our flight. The comfort foods provided for breakfast were yummy and fresh. The only drawback this time was the rooms location opposite the ice machine, otherwise, it was great. Two suggestions though: a. Get a better or more prominent highway sign, and b. Propose a traffic light for that left turn. Don't wait for an accident to be the reason to install one.

I'm a touring musician, so am always so relieved to stay at a great hotel! This hotel has the trendiest lobby Ive ever seen! The rooms were extremely comfortable, and the staff friendly. They had plent of suggestions for places to eat in town. The amenities all worked properly, and the beds were extremely comfortable! Would def stay here again! Oh and the scenery was absolutely beautiful!

We've been coming to this hotel for years and it never disappoints! The front desk and breakfast attendant does such a great job!

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Shopping malls within a very short walking distance from the hotel.

This review is way long overdue, though it is well deserved after such wonderful service I have received.
I was staying in the local area for some orientation and booked the hotel at a great rate.
From the first time checking in until I checked out, I had been greeted by smiling face upon entry, confirming the presence of friendliness from everyone I’ve interacted with. As shown in the picture, the room had been spotless and perfectly set up for the next guest to walk in. What’s even better was that everything was perfectly functional too (which is rare for hotels given the amount of foot traffic the rooms may see). The continental (and yes, not “just complementary” like what some Days Inn serve) included warm eggs and sausage, build your own waffles, fruits and yogurt, oatmeal with optional toppings, and a wide variety of drinks to choose from.
I’ve worked the hotel industry before and know all the hard work that goes into it. To have such an amazing experience now sets the bar high for anytime I travel and I will definitely aim to book Marriott hotels here on out.

Excellent customer service and good amenities- very friendly and helpful staff, corridors are largely quiet, rooms are standard size with updated decor (shower only- no tub), nice breakfast service and 24-hr free coffee/water/tea bar, on site retail snacks and alcoholic/ non-alcoholic beverages

Convenient location- a host of walking-distance food and beverage establishments, close to grocery and retail stores and personal services providers.

Great experience- highly recommend!

Stayed here for three nights 9/10 - 9/12 due to work business. Rooms average size, beds were pretty comfortable, decent breakfast offerings, one thing to note shower heads had great water pressure often times hotels dont have adequate water pressure but this place does so enjoyed my morning showers. There is one crucial thing though that i must touch on which prompted me to write this review that else ordinarily i wouldn't leave a review, and it's about the afternoon/night front desk manager Josh. He was extremely hospitable, warm, thoughtful, caring and an overall great guy. Any request/questions/concerns i had he addressed them and was very professional in offering assistance. If there was a way hotel chains could clone Josh and place him at their front desk then all hotels around the globe would receive 100% customer satisfaction rating across the board. The Williston VT Marriott has a gem on their team hope Josh is acknowledged for all his efforts.
