Bow Tie Cinema Palace 17 & BTX

I went there with my son the place was clean the second you walked in. After paying we continued to walk towards the popcorn/snack area and they greeted us with a smile and were easy to talk to as well. Afterward walked to our theater we were about to watch our movie in and i was amazed how easy it was to find our theater. Upon waking in to the theater another great impression to say the least!! It was very clean and so nice! The time we walked in to bow tie until the time we left, we left i was happy with the hospitality of the people as well as the cleanliness and ease of finding the theater. Will definitely be returning! Keep up the great work!

It's was a great experience from beginning to end got tickets personnel was very polite and professional, security greeted us and pointed us to the theater. Walked in it was very clean, wasn't sticking to the ground. Overall would go back to Bow tie due too the great experience we had thank you for the good time we spent the rest,👌👍✌

Always clean, staff is nice and helpful. Never had a problem here. Price is a little bit expensive but if you do the family paq for 4 people you save some money since its 4 movie tickets plus 1 large popcorn and 1 large drink. Cant beat that.

I love this theater, there is always closed captions always available for the deaf and hard of hearing. The management always friendly and wanting help. Most of all times I go not packed that one can enjoy the movie without disruptive individuals one tends to encounter in variety different theaters.

Really great theater with all of the most recently released movies. Prices are normal. They also accept movie pass which I think is great. The staff here are very friendly and are helpful with any concerns or issues you may have. Lots of parking as well.

I take my grandson and nephew to this theater 2 to 3 times a month. Not once have I had a negative experience. Staff is always friendly. The place is always clean.

This place was ok,
Kind of liked it simply because it wasnt something we were use to for a movie theater. Had to take elevators to a high floor. It's pretty cool experience. But not the cleanest and not to comfy.

Great movie theatre with big screens and comfy seats.
I enjoyed watching justice league over here.
They have ample parking place and the tickets are not too pricey.
Nice movie snacks.
Overall it's a good movie theatre

I’ve been going to this theatre since I was a child. Not once have I have a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This place is a landmark and hopefully never goes anywhere.

Watch a horror movie and this theater adds a sensory feeling with the grimy floors, messed up seats, and, if you're lucky, mice might run across you're feet as the movie's tension rises. Good old fun!

Easy location to get to from 84, showed a movie I would have never seen otherwise. The manager was nice enough to exchange a damaged exclusive gift we received for going. I'll be back to this location for sure!

This theater doesn't have recliners like some others, but it still has big comfortable seats in big theaters with big screens. They also have a BTX theater which is basically IMAX and much larger than other screens in the area. I go here to see new independent movies because they are usually the first to get them in Connecticut.

I first like to say, I won tickets to see a movie at Bow Tie Theater for 25.00. I had great service by your wonderful staff!! Thanks for your service, will come back again!

Surprisingly nice! The theater was clean and well kept. Tickets weren't overpriced. Lots of movie options and multiple showtimes per day!

This is my favorite place in Hartford. I always go for the matinees for $8 and get to enjoy geat movies in a quiet theater with a few other people. The seats are amazingly comfortable and the best part is they have a great consecion stand with grat snaks and grill food that you can take ino enjo your move. There is also a restaurant inside the building, and any movie ticket gives a small discount on the restaurant. Te staff is sper friendly and make you feel right at home, and you can tell some of them even have a passion fr cinema, so that's a thumbs up in my book.

I love that this cinema carries smaller independent films! Smaller pictures are such a benefit to us although they undoubtedly make less money. Support the Bow Tie in their efforts to support independent film making!!

I personally saw Aquaman and it was amazing like the quality of the movie was awesome and the service there, I would probably give it a 3 1/2 star rating but it was great

It is great lots of people the food there is so good there is no talking during movies everyone is silent and its a cool to the seeing the big screen I loved it there

Tuesday is awesome for a family because is$7.00 everyone and bucket popcorn with a big soda 10.00 and 1 refill for both. The employees very nices

Free summer for the kids! Asks very clean surroundings. Clean bathrooms lots of snack choices very nice staff! Lots of Different choices of movies A+ Movie theater 🎥
