La Figata

We had dinner here as a large group of 12, and the service we received was great! The staff was very attentive to all our individual needs and checked in reasonably frequently. For apps, we had the STUNNING charcuterie board, calamari, and mussels, all of which were delicious. We also ordered the pesto, cheese, and Figata pizzas, which were delicious. Great place to take the family for a night out!

First visit. Happy hour Martini was excellent 🍸. Blackened shrimp and Polenta was also really delicious 🍤. I plan on coming back for another Happy 😊 hour special.
DINNER was a organized event and the food was really good.
Chicken marsala had an appealing appearance, the chicken was so tender, juicy, and the favor was Spot on ♨.
The vegetable pasta had great flavor as well. It was a Nice blend of Peas 🫛,spinach, and butternut squash.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff during the event were very organized. After the event we went to the main restaurant and Blake was Excellent! He was friendly and very attentive.
I noticed they had a wood 🔥 fired pizza 🍕. I plan on trying the pizza next time. 😋

We split the calamari and I had a small The Figata pizza. Great flavor combinations. Delicious! My friend ate the pesto and Parmesan salmon. Rave reviews from her, as well. Kids menu available. First impressions walking in: this place smells divine! Clean dining room. Really big space. Pleasant staff. This is the fourth restaurant I’ve eaten at from this group and every meal has been worth the trip and the cost. I will be recommending this place to friends and family!

Both times we were here, food was great and service was top notch 👌 did not have to wait long as in many other restaurants, there is plenty of room here & a lot of seating. Good place to go out with the family. I highly recommend the pesto and parmesan crusted salmon over couscous which has sun-dried tomatoes & arugula in it. Great combination 10/10. My husband loved his short ribs over mashed potatoes he said 10/10. Kids loved their pizza & buttery pasta w side of grilled chicken.

We go to La Figata as a treat. I prefer not to go to a chain and to support a locally owned restaurant.

We have always had a good experience. The food is excellent.

We enjoy the Gluten Free options such as a the brick oven pizza or pasta options.

Our favorites are the Carbonara, the Figata pizza, the Buffalo Pizza, crispy Brussels. Everything is great and the menu changes based on the seasons. The seasonal updates are fun

I literally cannot say enough about this place. Sit in the bar on a Saturday..the service and interaction with the staff is the best. Super friendly, and give great recommendations. We LOVE the pizza!!!! The mussels are on point! Only complaint is the tiramisu is very dry, too dry.

I had an absolutely delicious meal of fork-tender short rib over mashed potatoes, with the best carrots I've ever had. We shared a perfect crème brûlée, baked in a shallow ramekin, ensuring each creamy spoonful included a bite of crispy topping. They were very accommodating to a member of our party who required gluten-free options. The service was attentive and the atmosphere relaxing. I'll be back!

I can explain why I delayed so long... "Italian..." So pasta, yawn right? Oh no, it's so beyond that. First experience I ordered the zucchini boat appetizers which were huge. And SOO yummy. I could have stopped with just those. For my entree I had the maple and pecan and crusted salmon with root vegetable hash. I am now obsessed.
Our waiter was attentive, and patient with us 3 Gabby ladies. Did a fantastic job.
I've been back once for the salmon already.
Both dine in and take out.

Very nice experience. What a lovely place, bigger than I thought. The menu has a nice variety. We had the Antipasto, spread out on a piece of slate, from kalamata to Italian salami. Very tasty. The veal chop marsala with rabe and polenta was done to perfection. The scallop and shrimp were cooked perfectly. Dessert...creme brulee A+ and the Poppy bread with ice cream A+.
Service was attentive, it wasn't loud even though the place was filled. We will return. Thanks for a great meal La Frigata!

The scallops with brussel sprouts were very good as was the linguine with clams in white wine sauce.

Quiet lunch atmosphere, attentive server. Great menu and came out fresh and warm. No complaints. We will be back again

The food is fantastic. Quality and quantity is definitely 5 stars. The desserts are just as good as the meals. Baked scallops, cooked to perfection, breaded chicken breast, huge, tender and juicy. Oh, the pasta and sauce was just delicious. Portions are large, expect to bring some home.

First time here tonight. Hands down, the best calamari I've ever had. Crispy, sweet and spicy. Got the lobster ravioli special and it did not disappoint. Everything was delicious. We'll definitely be back

We ate here for the first time last night and LOVED it. Every dish was delicious and the service was excellent. The calamari appetizer and salmon dinner were standouts. The prices were reasonable and quality was outstanding. The menu's not huge but there's lots of variety for all types of taste, from traditional to more creative. We're already looking forward to coming back! Well deserved five stars.

We came here for my sister's birthday and the food was great, they were able to accommodate a party of 7 without needing a reservation. Our server was great too. Definitely worth coming back

I went alone at 6 PM on a Friday night without a reservation. The parking lot and the restaurant were packed. Got seated at the bar immediately.
My wine order was taken and served promptly. Was asked if I wanted my salad first. I did. Waited perhaps 10 minutes for my large Caesar salad with generous amount of dressing and just the right amount of croutons. Just as I finished my salad, my order of clams with pasta arrived. It was good; slightly more peppery than I prefer but not so much I would complain about it. Barker was attentive but not hovering. (She was way too busy.)
Overall an enjoyable meal.
By the time I left the crowd, both inside and out had thinned out.

Big kudos to the chef who prepared multiple appetizers and entrees for our table of four, not to mention the most delicious cannolis for dessert (that I took home because we just couldn't eat another bite - well, maybe one bite.)
It's hard to select one or two favorites as we had many. Needless to say, this was an experience worth the 80 minute drive.
It was deceiving to see this place tucked into a corner of what appeared to be a strip mall, but once inside, my reservations were dismissed as we enjoyed one taste after another. Our host, Shawna, was amazing throughout the evening and saw to our every need.
I would highly recommend making reservations to this fantastic restaurant not far from Bradley Airport, CT, in Granby. Definitely was worth the trip!!! Thank you for a wonderful evening!
