Courtyard by Marriott Burlington Williston

Quiet location tucked out of the way. Was here for two separate weeks. The first week I was upgraded to a suite that was really comfortable, with the only complaints being the weird couch designs Marriott is going with that aren't the most constant l comfortable for those that like to lounge, and the lack of lights above the wet bar.

The second week I was given an extended double queen room. My complaints revolved around the bathroom. The tub had rusted worn spots and the faucet was pulling away from the wall, allowing water to flow into the wall and leaving me concerned about mold. The tub floor was also overly rounded and felt like it had sagged over the years. They moved me one floor down, and actually thanked me for the complaints because they can't fix something if they don't know it's broken. The new room had the same sagging tub floor with water stains indicating a drainage issue. Sure enough, after my shower there was some standing water left that couldn't drain.

The hotel is in the middle of the quietest remodel I've ever seen, I heard zero noise while staying there, even though I could see where they were working. I was away for most of each day for work, though.

Despite the issues I would stay here again as aside from traffic noise through the windows (will never understand hotels using internal soundproofing but then using cheap thin windows...) it was quiet and I slept well. No sports teams, no loud families, no kids running through halls, just peace and quiet.

Great price for location. Close to Burlington and Montpellier. Sheets and bathroom were clean. I needed something printed last minute and the front desk rep, I believe her name was Srijane was very helpful and accommodating.

This is one of the best if not thee best Courtyards I have stayed in. It looks like the upper floors were recently renovated so it is very clean! A quick and easy 10 minute drive to downtown Burlington. A cozy fireplace in the lobby and in the backyard area. Sarah G provided exceptional service and had a warm personality, quickly granting me with requests. Their maintenance staff also ensured a great stay! I would 10/10 recommend all my friends and family to stay here when they are in the area.

This place was great but the customer service was exceptional! I left my wallet in the room and Gina went above and beyond to make sure it was shipped directly to me next day. I cannot thank this team enough for how pleasant they were and how helpful in such a dumb moment caused by none other than me!

I was meeting my online boyfriend here to finally meet. It turns out it was a catfish :( My granddaughter did warn me that my boyfriend shouldn’t be asking for $400 in iTunes gift cards but I was blinded by love. Not all was lost, the hotel staff was fabulous and I enjoyed a great meal, for one, at the hotel restaurant Bleu.

Very clean and comfortable. Very accessible and close to restaurants and shopping.

Great hotel, great staff. Some Saturday mornings, you may even get to see and most definitely hear fighter jets taking off. Pretty cool to see, but the first time you hear it, it sounds like the building is collapsing on top of you. Every hotel in the area will experience the sound, this one has a pretty good view to go along with it.

Clean beds and roomy bathrooms. Good temperature in the hot tub and the pool.

Those beds are Perfect. You just fall right into them and pass out.

Loved this location! A short drive from everything we wanted to see and right off the highway, but at a fraction of the cost. The woman at check in was superb- gave us everything we asked for and then some. Our room was ready early which was much appreciated after a long morning of travel. The room was clean and modern and overall a great value.

Very quiet and tucked away hotel. The bed was very comfortable and I had plenty of room to relax after a long drive and day on my feet. The check-in process was very quick and easy. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Overall this was a great experience and will keep Courtyard by Marriott Burlington Williston on my list of hotels to stay whenever I visit the Burlington area again.

The only recommendation I have for the hotel staff is to check the window curtains. Mine looked dirty and had pen marks on them. I’m not sure they’ve been replaced or cleaned in a while. Once I noticed the curtains being dirty it really stuck out and made the room look less appealing.

Brand New carpet in the halls. Clean rooms, but very strong cleaning product smells. Had to air out our room a bit.

Stayed at Courtyard in Williston, Vt over the Christmas holiday break with the family and everyone had a wonderful experience. At check-in Graeme could not have been more personable and made our little ones feel welcome. He's a true star and knows what the genuine hospitality should feel like! The lobby was very warm and festive during the freezing weather. The indoor pool and jacuzzi kept us busy, while it was too cold to ski. The maintenance and housekeeping staff made sure that the rooms were clean and the heater was working well. Everyone was friendly throughout our stay. Free internet was super fast as well. Overall, it is a great place to stay for families and business travelers as well!

My husband and I stayed here for Valentine's Day. The front desk staff was very nice and the room was awesome; very clean and modern. We wanted to stay another night, but they were booked solid that weekend (there had just been a snow storm and there were lots of skiers at the hotel). Breakfast was delicious; hot and served in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again.

Was here for 3 weeks for training. Nice hotel located right off the highway and close to lots for restaurants and shopping. The facilities were clean and well kept, front desk attentive and very helpful. Rooms were nice and clean, you got a coffee maker and a mini fridge but no microwave!? You could request one though but had to put it on the floor. No continental breakfast included...but the lobby sported a Starbucks and if a preferred Marriott member a breakfast buffet. Regular guests could get the buffet for $12, but for what is offered it's not worth the price, better to run down the street to Dunkin Donuts. The conference room was small but worked for training. The "gym" was a couple of treadmills and a small stand of hand weights. Pool was nice and well kept but small. My major complaints are as follows: 1: the office chair in all three rooms I stayed in would not stay up, you pull the level to raise it then sit down and it went down, very frustrating...Marriott needs to get new chairs in all the rooms. 2: there are not enough outlets in the rooms for the modern traveler especially if staying for more then a night. So all in all a great hotel with an enjoyable stay. I would recommend Courtyard by Marriott.

Very friendly customer service from both the front desk and the Bistro staff. Ordered breakfast sandwiches every morning and they were quick to arrive. The back patio is a nice and peaceful are to sit and have a cocktail. Also, a 24 hour gym is offered to guest. Parking in the front fills up quickly. Easy access to the interstate

Located about 3 miles from the airport you will find this hidden gem. Tucked away and nestled amongst the trees, this hotel is a top notch Courtyard by Marriott

The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The Wi-Fi is excellent. The fitness center is well equipped for a nice workout

I highly recommend this hotel. We visited last weekend and as per the front desk staff ALL OF THE ROOMS and HALLWAYS HAVE BEEN REMODELED!! It smelled fresh and new!! The front desk staff were nice and efficient. There was a little store at the front desk. They also have a bar open at night. The bar serves non-alcoholic drinks in the morning.

Our room was very clean. The bathroom had a shower with a sun-shower head and a sliding glass door. The water pressure was reasonable. The bed was comfortable. They kept the older style flat screen TV which is fine with me. We had access to Netflix without having to use our own log in. The heater in the room is not new. It's the old school heater that hotel and motels use that are by the window. It was loud at times, but it was warm and functioned properly. I also don't mind this because it offered white noise. The hotel was quiet at night and we were there on a weekend on the first floor.

The room comes with a Keurig coffee maker with decaf and regular coffee pods, 2 free bottles of water, a mini fridge and a microwave. The gym is small, but also has been remodeled and has NEW equipment. The breakfast is $10.95 and is your standard breakfast that is usually free at other Marriot chain hotels. The elevator was working! The hotel is close to many stores and restaurants. It is also about 30 minutes to Bolton Valley Ski Resort. The parking lot was safe and well-lit. Don't believe the bad reviews!
